About this property

Updated Mid-Century Modern 2 bedroom/2 bath, fully furnished condo. Enjoy the patio and mountain views to the west through a wall of floor to ceiling 10 foot windows. This unit gets abundant light and has no steps to navigate.

A minimum of two months for January, February, and March.

Seven Lakes, also known as the “Gem of the Desert”, is the only 24 hour guarded and gated country club community in the Palm Springs area. The clubhouse serves delicious cuisine or you can socialize over cocktails on the rear terrace. Play 18 holes of golf on the executive course or play tennis/pickle ball on a full size court. There are also 15 heated pools and spas on property. Being that Seven Lakes is primarily a senior community, you find your neighbors to be in their 70s, 80s and even 90s. It is not the most child friendly choice you could make. If this is the lifestyle you are seeking for your time in Palm Springs, this is the unit you want to choose!

I live next door but I am rarely in Palm Spring during the times the unit is available. There a handyman on call should you need anything.

Rate includes up $300 a month in utilities.

No rental perfect

Tv and parking were not great. Living room could not be used in evening as there were no lights thus place to sit and read confined to kitchen. Kitchen generally well supplied with cooking needs. Main bedroom and and couch and dishwasher need replacing. Patio nice. Premises clean. Loved view of mountains. Pool nice. Sliding windows and blinds need some repair. Back patio could be made into nice addition. Clubhouse an asset as is golf course.. no rental is perfect. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful experience

Pros: LOCATION was perfect....water aerobics, pickle ball, golf, green spaces, nice for walking, close to shopping, gated community. ACCOMMODATIONS were spacious, beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all I needed, but I don't enjoy cooking, outdoor space for leisure, nice washer and dryer. CHECKIN: Owner was across breezeway, checking in was seamless. Cons: Unit was tired, but again very comfortable (owner is aware of this and plans to remodel). Bed linens could be upgraded. We had an issue with AC, but Anthony was on it within an hour. *We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Fun in the sun

Very spacious and lots of light. Great complex with lots of activities and close to everything. Anthony was a great host and very helpful with anything we needed. We had a great time.
