Beach House - Australian Coastal Style Beach House
This stunning beach house is the perfect retreat for super-sized families to relax and unwind in the beautiful Hawks Nest. Featuring an Australian coastal look throughout, its spacious four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and expansive timber decks will ensure your holiday is an experience to remember.
Leave your car at the beach house for a short stroll to Bennett's Beach, Jimmy's Beach or the shores of Port Stephens. Wheel your golf cart to the championship golf course, tow your boat 600 metres to the boat ramp and just pop around the corner for your shopping and dining needs.
There are four bright and roomy bedrooms, all with in-built robes. No expense has been spared on top quality, luxurious bedding and furnishings designed to give you the best night sleep possible. The expansive master suite has a luxe king bed, TV and spacious ensuite complete with jacuzzi where you can relax after a day on the beach or golf course. The flexible second bedroom has two comfortable single beds (or push together for a Queen). The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds, with pull out trundle. The light and airy fourth bedroom contains a deluxe queen bed with stunning garden outlook.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including dishwasher, luxury fridge and coffee maker.
The living and dining areas flow out to the spacious covered deck, with outdoor table setting for 10. The house is surrounded by a manicured and enclosed garden with fire pit (firewood not supplied) the setting perfect for a relaxing lunch of fresh local prawns and oysters or cheese and champagne. Enjoy your coffee or tea in a sunny spot on the front or help yourself to a board game on rainy days. And you are never far away from the world with Wi-Fi connectivity. The designer Lifestyle stainless steel BBQ is at your disposal for easy holiday meals. These features make this the perfect beach home for children (or dogs provided they are happy to sleep on the deck or in the garage).
The super-sized garage provides a handy stylish shower and toilet for use on your return from the beach. The garage also offers a breakout area for older children, complete with lounge and games area. There is also ample room for a boat, caravan or golf buggy.
