Host Cancelled on us last minute over New Years!

We didn’t stay at this property because they cancelled just hours before we were supposed to check in. We had to scrambled and find accommodation for 6 over New Years and spend a fortune because by that time everything was booked up! VRBO was no help in helping us find accommodation.
