Your dream of a relaxing surreal home away from home is located in the newly constructed, quiet gated community of Drax Hall Country Club, located in the garden parish of St. Ann. A true oasis, this villa has its own private swimming pool, security cameras, air condition units, ceiling fans and smart tvs in all bedrooms and free Wi-Fi. The villa comfortably sleeps 6 and has a well appointed master suite with a king size bed and walk-in closet. The second bedroom contains a Balinese inspired queen size bed and the third bedroom contains two single beds. The units also has a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances as well as a wash area for you laundry needs.

This exclusive development features 24 hour security, large swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and tennis court. It is also located ten minutes from the town of Ocho Rios and world class attractions such as Dunn’s River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Mystic Mountain, Chukka Cove and the famous Scotchies Jerk Centre. Numerous restaurants and in bond shops are also located nearby including the world famous Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville and swimming is divine at the Bamboo Blue Beach Club next door in Mammee Bay.

Very awesome nice home

If your looking to unwind and relax on vacation, look no further than this home , is very homey and has everything you need , the secluded back yard with your own pool was so relaxing for us , and Paul is just a tremendous host ! He took part of his Saturday and took us grocery shopping and a tour of Ocho Rios highlights . Very perfect host ! We loved the place and found out it’s great place to feel a earthquake even !! I will be back!

Paul was an amazing host! Even before I arrived in Jamaica, he worked with me to ensure that I was accommodated. The house is just as described on VRBO, a 3 bedroom home with a washer, dryer and private pool. Those were the selling points for me when I booked, but upon arrival I knew I made the right choice! The neighborhood was safe and serene, the house was clean, the bed was super comfortable and there was air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms. The fridge is full size so I was able to keep my groceries in there and the freezer always had ice for my beverages! Paul was just a call away if I ever needed anything. He was eager to ensure I enjoyed my stay and I did! The house had everything I needed to cook so don't worry about pots or utensils. He has a huge grill in the back that we didn't get a chance to use but it was good to know it was an option. He even provided a welcome goodie basket with treats! I look forward to returning!

Beyond Our Expectations

This vacation home felt like our own little private resort. Let me start by saying, if you're reading this & considering this property, just go ahead and book It. Everything exceeded our expectations. We were in Jamaica for my brother's wedding. This vacation home had all the amenities & comfort of home, with a touch of a tropical private resort. But above all that, because our flight was canceled due to the hurricane, Mr. Barnes accommodated us and we were able to stay a couple of extra days, instead of searching for new accommodations. We really truly appreciated that. He was always available to contact when needed and he ensured we were comfortable. Thank you, Mr. Barnes. This gem is on our list to visit in the near future.

Loved it!!!!

Our stay at Dream Villa last week was fantastic! It was just like it is in the pictures. It was very clean and inviting! We absolutely loved the private pool area and relaxing back there! Sanjay (the cook) is a great chef, we was very happy and pleased with everything he cooked for us!!! Paul was very helpful and polite!! The bedroom with the twin beds could use some "black out" curtains (LOL) because the sun woke us up early every day, not that we minded!!!! The only very small complaint that we had was one day Paul brought 2 ladies by to view the villa (without arranging it with us first) and when they were inside one of the ladies in our group was coming out of the bathroom and was a bit taken back when she came out to find people in the villa. Other then that we REALLY enjoyed our stay and WILL STAY there again!!! We LOVED it!!!! Thanks Paul, you will hear from us again!!!!!!!!
