Poolside Maison Matecumbe #302 - Islamorada oceanfront complex...Maison Matecumbe. The unit has one level living with three bedroom and two bath. Fully equipped kitchen with counter bar area and full dining room. The living room offers sliding doors that open into your own private screen porch, just steps away from the pool. This popular destination offers a large resort style swimming pool and hot tub with a gorgeous ocean view. Enjoy grilling your dinner under the tiki hut and relaxing at the beach without even leaving the residence. Maison also, offers covered parking and elevator. Conveniently located in the heart of the Islamorada Village close to shops, restaurants, cafes and boutiques.
If booking more than a year in advance current prices may not reflect annual cost of living increase.
Many of our guests' re-book the same property on an annual basis. No reservation is confirmed until you speak with us.

Very clean and well maintained property.

This condo was a very pleasant stay. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The complex in which it was situated had all the amenities including a pool to gas grills and a pier. The management company was friendly and easy to deal with. We will definitely stay here again

Great place, great location

After a rough start to our trip with flight delays and lost luggage things turned completely around once we got to the condo. Clean, great location and beautiful scenery. My only complaint was the pool was freezing until the day we left but the kids didn’t care. Definitely recommend to others

A Peaceful Paradise

This rental is simply amazing. From our pre-check-in communication with Sue to arrive finding everything stocked and ready for us, it was all perfect. The location is peaceful and relaxing, but also within walking distance to two of the best restaurants on the island. In a matter of minutes you can be right back into the hustle of the island. I would definitely stay here again and encourage anyone looking for a truly peaceful place to book here. The privacy can’t be beat. The views are amazing. And I have never stayed in a VRBO that was fully stocked with everything we would need like this one is. The owner truly goes above and beyond to ensure the stay is just perfect. A great place for an amazing vacation!

Come back again if we can

With a few minor exceptions, really loved this place. The 8 steps to the pool deck and the enormous screened in patio area were amazing. The whole outdoor amenities area is beautiful and especially loved the dock for sunrises to die for. Sue at Freewheeler was prompt and pleasant in all communications. Our only less than stellar comments are that the sliding door rail out of the great room needs to be cleaned for ease of use and less noise(it was irritating) early in the morning while trying to sneak out at sunrise without waking others up. Some of the furniture is getting tattered on armrests, the wicker part is flaking off and very rough. We felt like the lighting could have been much brighter and the "green" bedroom mattress definitely needs replaced. But those things aside, this is an amazing location that we would come back to in a New York minute. We hope to have that opportunity. It made for a spectacular week. Thank you for letting us experience it.

We haven't had any complaints about the mattresses but will check into the condition of all. The furniture in the living room is an item that our current owner is wanting to replace. Nice Keys getaway

Nice location. Everything you need is close by. A Sand beach in the keys is difficult to find and harder to maintain. Nice to sit/walk on but not for swimming/wading. Unit is showing wear and tear. Furniture worn (rattan chair arms), lanai furniture also worn but still functional. Sliding doors were difficult to open and close coming off track...unable to lock. Master bedroom television non-functional. A drawer face in master bath was lying on the floor when we arrived. 2nd bedroom closet folding door needs attention fell off track when opened. Would suggest blackout curtains for the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms as outside lights are very bright. Owning waterfront property ourselves we understand the wear and tear a rental gets. We will return to Maison but probably try one of the other units that offer more amenities (kayaks/paddleboards).

The closet door is being repaired and TV in master is now working properly... it was just on the wrong input. The furniture is being addressed with the owners as they are deciding on their new decor. Excellent place

I have stayed at a few properties over the years, but this place was the best. The house was beautiful and had every amenity you could imagine. It was so nice just to walk out the sliding glass door right to a wonderful pool and jacuzzi. A few more steps and you were at the water. This place it worth and will stay agian.
