Villa La Estancia is located on the white, sandy, **swimmable** Medano Beach, directly in front of the famous Arch and Lovers Beach in downtown Cabo. Estancia is walking distance to The Office and various other beachside restaurants. If you're not a fan of beach walks you can hop in a water taxi or regular taxi at the Resort.
This Large 2 bedroom/3 bath villa is one of only 2 in the entire resort with 14’ ceilings and includes a spacious kitchen w/ eating bar, etc.

Large patio includes wet bar, barbecue, table for 8 and lounge chairs creating the perfect entertaining space.

Villa La Estancia is connected to two other resorts. As a guest of VLE you'll have access to all the restaurants, tennis/pickle ball courts, kids club, and AMAZING award winning Spa. You'll be spoiled w/ the amazing service this luxury resort is known for.

Just short stroll on the white sandy beach to all downtown Cabo has to offer…including amazing scenic walks, the Marina, and an array of beachside restaurants and bars. Or, walk out your private gate (this is a ground floor villa with private access-NO waiting for elevators) straight to the pools, beach or one of the five large hot tubs on property....

Nice property, very relaxing stay

This is our first time visiting Mexico and we greatly enjoyed the stay at Stacey's property. It's very well equipped and the overall resort is very convenient, with the added bonus of being able to explore sister properties just a short stroll away.

Beautiful property in an amazing location! We had everything we needed and loved being on the ground level, so close to the pool and all other amenities. The staff was amazing and we had the best welcome we could have imagined. The sweetest woman, Johana, had made us guacamole, fresh pico and margaritas!! And for our boys she made fresh limonada. It was amazing and we literally measured every margarita we had on the trip next to hers. We loved La Estancia and would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing property with top notch amenities!

Everyone was so kind and helpful at every aspect! Pool, food and views were definitely 5 Star and exactly if not better than advertised. Normally don’t go to the same place multiple times but am considering this one for sure. Inflation has definitely caught up with the whole area from the last time we were in Cabo but where has it not.

Great family vacation

Had a great stay with our family! Place was beautiful and spacious. Kitchen had all we needed to cook our meals. Beds were super comfy. Staff was attentive, friendly and always available. Ground floor location was ideal for heading to pool, hot tubs and beach. The tour guide Stacie recommended was great! Had a great fishing trip with Marlin and mahi a sunset cruise that included an unexpected whale show! Will definitely return!

Awesome place to stay in Cabo

This condo is spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed. You really feel like you are staying at five star hotel, with super friendly staff. It's unit's location is excellent, away from the busyness of the pool, but a quick 45 second walk. The parking space is less than a minute walk from the unit. Views of Lands End from the resort are spectacular. Stacy is an excellent host.

My wife, two adult children and I found this home to be truly luxurious. The pool and grounds are immaculate. The condo itself is like new, with high-end furniture, top quality linens and fine appliances. The condo staff is very friendly and courteous. Highly recommended! If we ever return to Cabo, we will stay here.

Cabo Family Trip !

Wonderful property! Our family booked three Villas at the resort for a total of 15 people! We had a wonderful time, it was very clean, and out of the three it was the most fully stocked one! Things that would be very hard to travel with such as an oversized cooler with wheels was in the room, bag for the beach, lots of spices and cooking items, comfortable beds, nice updated modern furniture and art, we were very happy! Not to mention the host was very communicative and responded quickly! We look forward to coming back!

AMAZING--better then expected!!

Sadly, the Lidia storm thought she was more important than we were. Yet, we had a great time nonetheless! The staff made sure we had water and all the basics...all the while many of their family members were losing everything. We will never stay at another property other than Villa La Estancia again.

Stacy was very helpful and responsive. Staff at this resort were amazing! Excellent service!

We really liked the location of the unit in the resort. It’s closer to the lobby so easy access to our car. A little further from pool and ocean but just 500 feet or so so not bad. Ground floor was excellent t location since we didn’t need to use elevator or stairs and we could go back and forth from pool/beach through the patio. Restaurants in La Estancia and the two sister resorts were good. La Casona was very good. Staff was excellent, resort was quiet, the guest makeup was very easy to be around (the family’s were mostly of teenagers so same age as our family). Overall a highly enjoyable visit. Thanks Stacy.

Very comfortable, spacious for the 5 of us, and clean with plenty of supplies like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. lots of space to sit and sleep. Bbq our on the spacious patio that we didn’t get to use. The mAster bathroom is larger than many nyc apartments! Located on a beautifully kept resort with attentive helpful staff. The resort is right on the beach but this condo is on the opposite side so you can’t really hear the waves from here. Nevertheless we’d stayed here again

Family Cabo trip with teens

We had a great trip! Weather was fabulous. Accurate description of the condo and property. Loved being on the ground floor for easy access to pool and beach. The gym area was nice with good amenities like showers and sauna on site. We also went to the spa which was one of the nicest I have been to. Had difficulty contacting the concierge but all other staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Cleaning staff refreshed towels and took out trash several times. We ate off property mostly but the ice cream shop was good. Was a little bit of a pain the have to have staff light our grill, but response time when we called was quick. Made a Walmart trip, take your own bags! Bought a few things at the convenience store I site, get a discount card from the concierge. Our bedrooms were quiet and the bedding very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends!

The host was great to work with. Check in was a breeze and as soon as we were in, the property manager came and introduced himself and gave us his number incase there were any issues. There were not.

Great property and unit is just as it looks. Clean and well located. 3 bathrooms were nice for traveling with 5 people. Resort is clean and quiet. You have access to properties next door but this is the nicest of the 3. Close to town. Walked on beach to town. Owner is very helpful.

Wow! Can’t say enough about this villa!

The villa is spacious, well appointed, with comfortable beds and seating areas. The hostess has thought of everything -- lighted mirrors in bathrooms, an air fryer, excellent pantry, and on and on. Perfect for a family with teens or adult children or for two couples. Plenty of space and privacy due to the split design. The property is beautiful, with a quiet pool (no loud kids or thumping music) and easy access to the ocean. We were there first week in November -- perfect weather and not too crowded. Easily got a chair at the beach and pool. Swim up bar was nice too. The place is as beautiful as the pictures.
