It is one of the best Rijeka locations (eastern part of the city).
From the balcony you have a view of island of Krk and Mount Učka as well as part of the Rijeka center.
A nearest beach is 170m away and a big shopping mall at 380m (Tower Center Rijeka). Distance to down-town of Rijeka is 1.6km.

I am a professor of physics and Electrotechnic in retirement. I'm 66 years old and live with my family in Čavle in vicinity of Rijeka. I am married and have two sons. I speak English and Italian language.
I like spending time with my family and enjoy my retirement. My favorite hobby is bees and production of home-made quality honey.
I like working in my garden around my home.
Before retirement I have been working for oil industry for over 22 years and traveled around the globe and meet allot of interesting people and customs.

Why they chose this property

My parents acquired this apartment when I was a child. I lived in the apartment from my early childhood until starting my own family. I have many nice memories of living there and I am strongly connected to it.
