Casa di Rosaria is a newly renovated house in Depressa, Tricase, 10 minutes from the sea. This place has air conditioning, fast internet connection and a private kitchen.
The house is exactly at the center of a small village. It is located in a central location, from which it is very easy to reach all the nicest and most known locations in Salento.
You have air conditioning in all the apartment and fast internet connection.

The house has two bedroom, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. An office - where we added a queen-size bed - a bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen with a dedicated balcony.
Pots, dishes, cutlery, oven, fridge, refrigerator, all what you need is there. And the grocery is just in front of the house.
Last but not least, there is an amazing rooftop full of plants, a dedicated dining area, and a lounge area with couches. You can use it for a yoga session, to relax, to read a book or to eat all together.
