First time in 11 years staying on the bay side. Area was very quiet, secured and though the units were older, were kept neat, clean with upgrades.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. It gives the best of both worlds with a view overlooking the boats and pool and just a short walk to the beach. The condo was pristine and we were supplied with everything we needed to get us started. Thank you for letting us stay!

Great long weekend

We brought our boat and this is always stressful because of unknowns but the fact that they have slips, trailer parking, and a launch was simply awesome! The condo wasgreat and very clean. The only problem we had is satellite tv didn’t work and kids were complaining, but they always do…lol

The condo was spacious and had everything a family needed to make it feel like home. The decor was perfect!! The only complaints & disappointments are listed below: -a/c returns were very dirty (extremely dusty) -mold in the master shower (in the grout/tile & door track) -provided bathroom linens are stained (bath towels & wash rags) -food was left in the garage disposal -key lock on front door was very difficult to open; we were worried the key would break off

First Florida trip

Being our first time here, we enjoyed our stay. Proximity to water was good, nice views. Located a little further from city than would have liked, but was also pretty quiet which was nice. Condo was perfect, plenty of space. Only negative was not enough to paper products for an 8 day stay. We would stay again!

Wonderful Vacation

Love the area. This is our second year staying at SeaSpray Riverside. Great Condo. The only negative item in this condo were dirty floors. The appearance was clean but had black feet and black on white socks. Beautiful place.

Perfect vacation

This condo is amazing! What you see is exactly what you get. The pictures online are exactly what the place looks like. Beautifully decorated, very clean, well maintained. Very spacious and was perfect for my family of 5. The master bedroom is large and comfortable. My girls had their own room and bathroom. The sofa sleeper was great for our smaller child. The condo had all the amenities you need. We cooked several meals at the condo and all cook ware you need was there. Our favorite part was the pool and grill area that were right outside the balcony. My husband loved cooking on the grill while the kids played in the pool. I was able to see all of them from our balcony. The view! This location is perfect and has a fabulous view of the river and dock. We enjoyed watching the boats go out in the morning and watching them come in with the sunset. The location could not be more perfect. I was comfortable with allowing my kids to walk around by themselves. The beach was just a walk across the street so we didn't waist any beach time getting to and from the beach. The owners have done a great job at having everything you need and making the condo comfortable. You will feel at home as soon as you arrive. The beach was not crowded at all which made it perfect for our family. The Perdido Beach Services was a very nice amenity. They had our chairs and umbrella ready for us each day. We also enjoyed the paddle board rentals right on the beach. I would defiantly recommend this condo to my family and friends. We can't wait to go back.

Gorgeous condo, gorgeous view!

The condo was so gorgeous and comfortable! We loved the beautiful view of the river! The location was perfect because it wasn’t as busy as Orange Beach. We will definitely recommend this condo and Riverside to others.

Best property ever! Get this unit if you can.

Our family of four came to Perdido for a vacation. I looked for weeks for just the right property. I didn't want a huge complex and didn't want to be on the 25th floor. We wanted to look at water. We got all our wishes with this unit. Everything you needed was at your fingertips. Luxary Coastal rentals was outstanding and responsive to our emails and questions. The owners thought of everything from the furnishings to the kitchen. Not one complaint from my teenagers and that in itself is a miracle. Thank you for providing such a lovely place for others to enjoy. We will most definitely be back.

This condo was very nicely furnished and very clean. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. It had everything we needed and was right across the street from the beach. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay!

We recently just stayed for the second year in a row in unit 214 Sea Spray Riverside. The view of the river is great as well as the easy acces to the beach and pool area. The unit was very clean and the updates the owner's have made since our last visit were great. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great condo in a wonderful location. We stayed here for the first time last April and have already made our reservations for this April. The unit was clean and nicely furnished and decorated. The view of the river from the balcony was beautiful and we especially enjoyed watching the boats go by. Beach is short walk across the street. Would highly recommend!

Great stay at the Sea Spray Riverside!

My family stayed in 214 at the Sea Spray Riverside for a long weekend and loved the condo. It has a great view of the Old River and easy access to the beach. My wife actually prefers the view of the Old River to the beach. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable trip.
