The garden suite is a perfect romantic destination, ideal for a honeymoon or romantic anniversary weekend. The king size bed boasts an ultra comfortable mattress with linens provided. A large armoire and walk in closet provides ample storage. The large living area offers a comfortable sofa, a 40' flat screen TV with cable and a dining table with 4 chairs. The bathroom is large and has a designer walk in shower with multiple shower heads and body washes.

Spacious eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave and granite countertops. Kitchen is fully equipped with quality dinnerware, cooking utensils, wine glasses . Complimentary coffee for your first morning.
Located in one of the most prestigious homes in the landmark historic district directly on Forsyth. Built in 1870 for the city Treasurer John Williamson, the home is located directly on Forsyth Park next door to the Magnolia Hall Inn owned by the Savannah College of Art and Design and only steps away from the famed Forsyth Park fountain. Many shops, restaurants and cultural destinations are a short walk away. This is the ideal location for your visit to Savannah.

Cozy and lovely space right by Forsyth Park. If you're looking for a hotel experience, this may not be the spot for you, but if you appreciate the historic feel of Savannah and want a similar space that feels like a home away from home, this is perfect! Loved having the full kitchen and location couldn't be better.There's a great cafe that is a short walk in the park. Walking thru Forsyth for breakfast was a great start to each day. Everything I wanted to do was either walkable or a quick bus ride. I think I used my car once thru my stay.Host was very helpful in sharing suggestions for great restaurants and things to do. Will absolutely stay here again on my next visit.

This is a great property across from Forsyth Park and right on the free trolley transit system. The place is beautiful and cozy and just what we wanted. Great host and all our needs were met. I recommend this for any stay in Savannah, GA.

This property is in a wonderful location and is very lovely! This is one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on and the location is amazing! It is right across from Forsythe Park and a block from Merce-Williams house! Would absolutely stay here again!

An absolute gem!

Loved the location! Usually pics make a space look bigger, this one however, was actually larger in person. Oh, and Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil on the DVD player - an EXCELLENT touch!

Hanging in Savannah

This place is excellent. The location is amazing. You are right across from the park. When you step out you can hear the fountain of Forsyth Park. The bed is very comfortable and you can feel the history of the mansion. Loved it here and we will hopefully stay here again on our next Savannah adventure.

Nice little place just across the street from Forsyth park and fountain. Beautiful neighborhood and so very quiet yet an easy mile walk or less to all the best attractions. Easy parking just around the corner from the rental.

Memorial day weekend

We stayed 3 nights with our toddler. Loved the space. Alot more spacious than pictures do it justice. Loved the shower. Great water pressure. Ladies bring a shower cap as it is hard to not wet your hair in a rain shower but it felt very nice. We enjoyed the savannah children's museum, Forsyth park,tybee isand, river street and everything in between. Was so glad to find my favorite book store had not closed but had just moved. Books on bay now on abercorn street. Had some wonderful food at clarys across the road from the book store as well as savannah seafood shack, A taco affair, collins quarter at forsyth and treylor parch beach party in tybee.

Historic Savannah

We loved the Vrbo, the look, size, location and especially the shower. It was within walking distance of almost all of historic Savannah. Our one comment would be that you should check supplies at the house before shopping. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, plates and glasses and a few coffee pods, there was nothing else except salt and pepper.

Great Location!

Great location across from Forsyth Park. We got there late and had no problems with checking in. We got all check in info prior for keyless entry. The bed was super soft, which for my husband was rough since having three back surgeries. He needs a firmer mattress. Just something to note.

We had a wonderful stay .

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is lovely. I have only one complaint. For the love of God, get a new mattress! The mattress is so old it's indented on both sides. It's so old it creaks like a door in an old Haunted Mansion. It reminds me of the mattresses in my great grandma's house on the farm when I was a kid. Get a new mattress!

Charming space in a superb location

Absolutely beautiful street level suite. Location was amazing directly across from Forsyth Park. We walked everywhere. Locals are very welcoming and seemed to appreciate having us there in their beautiful city. The suite is adorable and much larger than we expected. King size bed was awesome and the shower was HUGE! We didn’t have a chance to take advantage of the kitchen but it seemed well appointed. Suite is quite dark which wasn’t an issue for us as we were out exploring the entire time. Parking was easy on the side street. We felt very safe in the location and I couldn’t get over how clean the city was. The only issue we had was with the renters in the upstairs, main floor suite of the house. From the sounds of it, the family had multiple small children who ran through the house screaming and jumping off of furniture. As an historic home, soundproofing was non-existent. They finally settled down around 11pm but it made falling asleep impossible. Not the owners’ fault but I hope those guests read this and realize that the behaviour of their children impacted others during their stay.
