About this property

Location Location Location! Number One Beach House is where you book when you want to be at the centre of it all.
Located on the esplanade and directly behind the main street of Rainbow Beach, you only have to cross the road to access the park to enjoy a BBQ, walk down the stairs and there you are at the beach for a swim. The shops, beach, park and food venues are also accessible within a brief stroll, to ensure your holiday is relaxing and stress free.

With all holiday accommodation, you will need to bring your own personal linen (sheets, pillow cases, hand towels, towels and bath mats) or these can be hired from our office, just ask us for a quote. Remember to also pack your own essential items such as toiletries, dishwashing powder, etc for your stay. Port-a-cots can also be hired form our office.

Beach house

The house is close to the beach, surf club which has a gorgeous ocean view, and cafes etc are close by. Big lounge and well appointed kitchen.

A real "beach house" stay

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful "beach house". Lots of space and spaces, inside and out just to be. Parked the car and didn't use it all weekend as we were so close to the beach and the township. Can't say enough about the wonderful service we received from Rainbow Beach Realty as property manager-thanks so much. Michelle

Best location right next to pub & shops

Good location house very roomy. Upstairs bedroom full of mould in corner & air conditioner. The entire house floor was filthy we had to mop it our feet were totally black. BBQ plate & grill was not cleaned ( still had food on them) ran out of gas while cooking & no spare gas bottle. Shower arm was broken it would not stay up.

Rainbow Beach

The house was in a great location, great size for 6 adults and 2 kids. Highly recommended. Only downside was the floors were very dirty but a quick clean and it was fine.
