Huge Beach House! Pets Welcome. Property not fenced. Fully ducted airconditioned house – perfect for summer

Absolutely gorgeous beach house situated less than 250 metres from the pristine surf beach via a bush track.

This fantastic beachside retreat also features:

* gorgeous kitchen with stone benchtops
* gas BBQ
* TV in lounge room
* microwave
* ceiling fans
* dishwasher

The undercover entertainment area is fully screened so the whole family can relax without worrying about mozzies and flies!
Pets are also welcome, please note that the property is not fenced.
A wonderfully presented property for the whole family to enjoy.

The two separate living areas allow space for the whole family - the kids can have one area whilst the parents relax in the other! This is an extremely child-friendly property with plenty of puzzles, books and games to keep the family entertained when you aren't out enjoying the beach.

Sleeps nine in one x king size bed, one x queen size bed, two x single beds and a double/single combo bunk bed.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

September school holidays 2023

The location was great. So close to beach. We loved walking along the beach each day to town for coffee. The kids were upset that there was no wifi. The adults didn't care. We were very disappointed that linen and towels were not included considering the cost per night. Nit pick, the dishwasher filter wasn't clean and was very difficult to remove to clean. I did try. The property was a great size and 3 bathrooms were more than ample. We love Rainbow Beach.

The most wonderful location so incredibly close to the ocean, I could hear it every night. The house was beautiful and clean, quality furniture and great outdoor screened area to relax in. Wonderful bbq and kitchen set up with a separate TV room. The little touches the owner includes like an almost full pantry with herbs and spices plus the amazing cooking dishes made gaming and cooking a dream. Beautiful property to have my dog with me there, very safe and kind neighbors in the street. It would be the ideal house for a family withchildren. Sadly the agent handling the key pick up in town was so unprofessional, abrupt andmiss informing me of the key pickup and scheduled a smoke alarm inspection whilst staying there. The booking online was an easy process. Process. I’d highly recommend staying there

House very dirty

House was extremely dirty and dusty. House appears to have not been cleaned properly for a long time. TV remotes had no batteries, vacuum cleaner broken, mop broken, broom broken, bedding extremely dusty, bathroom/toilets had not been cleaned. Do not recommend.

THE FOCKERS!!

Accomm all good Kitchen v/good Lounge s ok Patio ok , screens busted no security on patio. 3 Televisions in house NIL working !! Outside mess and dangerous broken rocks , rubbish etc BUT overall Good accommodation! ie inside.

Great location! Spacious and comfy

Love the kitchen! Massive stone bench kitchen and super spacey to cook. Also loved that the back outdoor area had a mosquito cover - felt outdoors but also protected from all the mozzies! Also very close to our fav spot - double island point and close to beach access and shops. Very clean & would come back!
