Gorgeous four bedroom home with timber flooring and loads of decks to hang out and relax on. The master bedroom is located at the rear of the property and boasts an ensuite and walk in robe. Imagine - relaxing on the back deck surrounded by bushland, overlooking the pool, while you listen to the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore less than 200 metres away!

Designed to create a seamless transition from indoors to outdoors and with loads of light throughout - this beautiful, modern property will be your home away from home.

Plenty of room for friends and family, so you can all enjoy the benefits of holidaying in such a beautiful part of the world. Follow the private bush track which leads from the back down the beach and take pleasure in the natural attractions that stunning Rainbow Beach has to offer.

No requirement to bring your own linen - all beds are ready made for your arrival just unpack and enjoy! Starter pack of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc provided. Please byo after that and BYO beach towels.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as hair and body products, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.

Sleeps ten in one x king size bed, one x queen size bed, and two x bunk beds (double bed on bottom single on top).
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Definitely going back!

Loved the house that had private access to the beach which was only a 5 min walk away! Really clean and tidy and had everything we required to unwind! Definitely going back soon!

Family weekend trip

A great house, perfect for the extended family. Access down to the beach was great, only downside is that as it is not gated off, an adult had to remain with the children outside on the play equipment to ensure they didnt go exploring. Otherwise a great space for everyone.

It was a lovley house in a beautiful and relaxing location. Cleanliness of house could have been a little better but thats coming from a person that is a cleaner. The availability of pool and play area for childern was a bonus. Television's were a issue but the only real issue we had, was immediately fixed, once they were made made aware of the problem. I will add that the property doesn't have free to air TV. So you will need to log into your own paid movie apps, etc, through your phone or device. Over all we were happy and I have just booked again to stay in a few months. Would recommend.

Great location but not clean

The home is spacious with great amenities. It's a shame for the Owner and future Guests that the house is not clean eg inside cutlery drawer, shower glass, windows filthy. Nice to have fly screens on doors a shame they are filthy. Some beds have mattress protectors others not or only cover half the stained mattresses. Pillows are stained with no protectors and of poor standard. We always strip the beds when we leave and we're aghast to find what we were sleeping on. We stay in accomodation all around the World and this would be the most unclean yet. Not sure if it's because it's managed by a commercial Property Agent or not. To us it appears the cleaners are given minimal time. The checking involves pages of rules . As we were arriving after office hours we had to send 2 emails over several days and a phone call before we got the key pickup info . Pickup key system worked well once we had the info. Be aware steps into house have no rail if you have young or elderly people. The steps going down to bedrooms would benefit from a different color on edge. For safety. This property has the bones of being great if only it was maintained and clean which is what we expected.

Disappoints

Presentation of the property was poor. It is in a fantastic location and is very close to the beach. We did enjoy our stay but were disappointed with lots of little things that should have been done better.
