Shearwater Townhouse
This 2 storey townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs with additional toilet downstairs. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a large ensuite including a corner bath. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning and the downstairs has a reverse cycle air conditioner also. Main bathroom is located upstairs with separate bath and shower.
The laundry downstairs includes a washing machine and dryer. Access to the double lock up garage is via the laundry. The property includes fast Wifi, Chromecast enabled TV, a BBQ, 2 kayaks, board games, DVDs and other activities to keep you entertained on a rainy day.
The property has it's own double garage with remote key access.
NOTE - You will need to bring your own bed linen, towels, bath mat and toiletries with you. Pillows, blankets and basic supplies (dish cloth, handwash, initial toilet rolls) are provided.
Walk down the driveway and across the road and you are right on the waterfront. Either take a stroll down the new boardwalk to Norman Point or Crab Creek or just sit and enjoy the view! There is also access from the rear of the complex to Snapper Creek and the Marina.
Tin Can Bay has much to offer! Choose a quiet relaxing holiday with a good book and an easy stroll along the Esplanade to enjoy the water views and beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Bring the kids as they will enjoy the paths with their scooters and bikes. There is also a skateboard bowl and playground on the foreshore. Tin Can Bay is also popular for fishing so bring the tinny or you can hire a boat if you wish to go out and catch some fish or mud crabs.
Within walking distance from Shearwater you will find Sails at the Marina, Tin Can Bay Yacht Club, Barnacles Cafe/Dolphin Feeding, Tin Can Bay Coffee, the local IGA supermarket, Lee's Fishing Co for fresh seafood, or Snack Shack for the best fish and chips in town.
Only 30 minutes drive and you can enjoy the sandy beaches of Rainbow Beach so bring the surfboards and boogie boards. Rainbow Beach also offers a flagged swimming beach. You can take your 4wd for a drive to the coloured sands (permit may be required - please check with Queensland Parks before heading off) and right up to the lagoon at Double Island Point. Great spot for a swim! Please check beach conditions before leaving. 4wd hire is also available.

Beautiful house with enough space for all of us. All the equipments provided catered for a fun week. We hosted dinners with the grandparents and played board games. Clean and feel so homely!

We have stayed in Matt & Tara’s place a couple of times and cannot fault it , it is one of the best places we have stayed. Very clean , great kitchen , comfy lounge and living area beds and bathrooms great . The location is excellent 5 stars from us

What a brilliant place. Amazing location central to everything. A short few minutes stoll to the dolphins, cafe's, the boat ramp and the pool. The waterfront is directly across the road. The double garage was a godsend for us having the boat in tow. Knowing it was secure each night and not having to empty it each time we got back. The unit itself was a great layout, clean and just perfect all round. Great communication from the hosts made arrival smooth sailing. Thank you!
