Temporary Sanity is a recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in the Gulf Gate neighborhood, just a short drive or bike ride from Siesta Key's Crescent Beach. This spacious property, which accommodates up to 8 guests, features a large lanai with a heated saltwater pool, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. The home is equipped with modern amenities and a stylish decor, providing a comfortable and convenient retreat. For added peace of mind, we’ve installed a pool door alarm as an extra layer of safety.

The interior includes a gourmet kitchen with a 10'x4' granite island, stainless steel appliances, and easy-access pull-out drawers. The adjacent dining area features a solid Indian Rosewood table that seats the entire family, and French doors lead to the covered lanai. This outdoor space is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with a large dining table that accommodates up to 10 people, a propane BBQ grill, a 50" flat screen TV, and poolside loungers—all enclosed in a bug-free screen cage.

Inside, the living room boasts a 60" flat screen TV, Xfinity cable, and WiFi, with additional seating options including a blue leather queen sofa sleeper. The sunroom offers a queen sofa sleeper with pool views and access to the lanai.

The master suite features a king bed, a spacious bathroom with shower, and French doors leading to a private sitting area and pool access. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has twin beds that can be converted to a king bed for a fee. Both guest bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a step-in shower.

This non-smoking property accommodates a maximum of 8 people and includes parking for up to 3 cars. The location is convenient for exploring local dining and shopping options. Pre-approved small dogs are allowed under certain conditions (pet fee extra).
Pool heat extra. A playpen and high chair are available for young children upon request.
All pets must be approved so reach out to us first. This property allows small/medium well-behaved dogs. For approved pets, there is an a nonrefundable pet fee of $300 plus taxes and processing fee per pet. Make sure to pick up after your dogs.
