Large, spacious, bright and green single storey house in a pleasant environment and integration for the eyes, the spirit and the body. Every social area in the same plane. Six (6) living environments accommodate various social / family groups making the meetings very enjoyable. The lower floor, where leisure is, has a 3-waterfall pool, whirlpool spa, dry sauna, hot tubs (under maintenance), full barbecue and lush landscaping to fill your eyes. There are 4 bedrooms, isolated, 3 with large balcony, facing the pool. Many fitted wardrobes and worktops for computer and work.

This house was a perfect retreat within the city. The way Pedro has loved the property and meticulously planned the lay out and the landscaping is evident. From the rear walls being all nearly glass and able to fully open- making you feel as if the house and the backyard are one- to the cultivated plants all around the house giving you a country jungle vibe- even though you are in the city. Plus it was large enough to fit our immediate and extended family for a mini reunion. Rooms were well stocked with furniture, universal outlets installed in the house, multiple bathrooms on all levels, and decided BBQ/churrasco area.

Casa linda, confortável e bem equipada. Único defeito foi a água da piscina estar muito fria.

Estamos em pleno verão. Os dias são muito quentes. A água não está fria. Está refrescante, um pouquinho abaixo da temperatura externa. Mas, de qualquer maneira, temos um sistema de aquecimento solar instalado e que, em breve, estará amornando a água da piscina e do spa. Neste momento está em manutenção.

Ótima casa em uma localização muito boa

O locador foi bastante prestativo mostrando a casa e explicando como tudo funcionava. É uma casa muito bonita, em uma região bem tranquila em Alphaville. Recomendo muito.

O Thales e seu grupo foram muito profissionais, muito corretos. Foi uma estadia bem curta, pouco tempo para se adequar aos espaços e recursos, mas eles cuidaram de tudo muito bem. Foi uma satisfação recebê-los. Recomendo-os muito à comunidade e espero vê-los novamente. Obrigado Thales.
