Quartier del Mar is a residential complex with a tower, made up of 34 floors or floors of which there are 8 levels of parking, 25 floors of apartments and on level 9 is the semi-covered pool, meeting area and free gym. The building has 2 independent elevators and has a 24-hour security checkpoint with two guards. Our headquarters are located in its lobby, as well as a small cafeteria at the entrance.

Convenient and well maintained apartment

We had a great stay. The apartment is in a great location and has everything you need when traveling. The only difficulty is the parking garage that is difficult to navigate with a larger car.
