Grandma's Duplex Entire House Near Downtown 3beds/1bath

Mexican Spanish Style House located in a safe cul-de sac neighborhood 5 minutes from downtown. This house offers 3 rooms and 1 bath. Access to living room, kitchen, dinning room, washer and dryer, Parking is directly infront of the house. Please note that this house has a mini split in the dinning room that cools the dinning room, kitchen and living room, another mini split in the master room and in the additional 2 bethrooms there is electical fans for now to cool the rooms. Also please be aware that this is a duplex house which has a studio to the right and could be occupied by other guest or the host. Thank you for reading!!

I didnt like that we had to park on the street, almost directly behind the neighbors truck, cause of the lack of parking space.

No AC so we couldn’t stay

Arrived around 3 pm at bnb. I had surgery scheduled at 7 am next day. Host was at the house. The AC was not working, temp in Las Cruces at least 94 degrees. She offered to bring in a fan! Said didn’t realize the swamp cooler wasn’t working even though it was set on high. Unbelievable. She did refund my money but beyond stressful for me as we had to find somewhere else to stay late in the day. Not my idea of acceptable with surgery the reason I booked in first place. Wouldn’t try this place again. I really can’t rate this at all
