The villa is located in the Old Town, 10 meters from the Cathedral of St. Mark and Kacic Square, where the most significant events in the city (concerts, festivals, festive processions) take place. 90 meters from the villa there is the Marineta promenade, from where guests can take a boat trip. Beaches within walking distance. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary for living (kitchenette, electric kettle, kitchenware), air conditioning, Wi-Fi, 140 cm wide bed. Bed linen and a set of towels for the shower are provided. Guests can use the washing machine located in the basement. The apartment does not have a balcony, but guests have a table and chairs in the garden. Guests can use the barbecue equipment for cooking meat and fish.
