Perfect love nest, Peaceful sanctuary set among Nikau palms. The Palm Rd Studio is a self contained visitor accommodation with clean fresh decor. Comfortable, clean and fresh. Located approximately 300 meters from the beach which is arguably the best northern beach on the island. All amenities on the property are free to use. This is an awesome place to make a base to explore Waiheke island for a few weeks or days.

Palm perfect

Stunning little studio, beautiful interior design, upper deck is relaxing with the bean bags. Couple of minutes walk to palm beach and the cafe and restaurant. Really cosy surrounded by the native bush and if it gets cold the heat pump warms the place up really fast Loved everything about it and would highly recommend

Tropical getaway

The property have a gorgeous private garden taking me back to Bali. Great attention to detail in the design of the interior and exterior and so close to the beach. Parking wasn’t great, but was offered to use a property down the road which was needed when I had a lot to carry. Otherwise the parking would have been ok. All in all a fantastic stay!

Perfect little hideaway for 2, lovingly presented with all you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. Close to busses for transport, with a nice restaurant and coffee shop down the road.

The perfect oasis

We spent the weekend on Waiheke and stayed at this beautiful property. Tucked away in the lush tropical gardens it felt a world away from Auckland. Less than 5 minute walk to the bus stop made getting around super easy. Another 2 minutes and you’re at the beach. Lovely coffee and baked goods for brekkie at the palm beach store. The property was spotless and the bed was so plush and comfy. Hosts were very friendly and check in was a breeze. Happily stay here again :D

Hidden Small Gem

A great spot and location close to the beach and the local store and great restaurant Arcadia all down the hill. Well laid out as it's quite small but fine for one or a couple. Bed was ultra comfortable! All linen and equipment is excellent and well provisioned and place was ultra clean. And fab to have air conditioning for those hotter Waiheke nights. Its amongst beautiful tropical bush. The only down side for us, was we took a larger wheelie suitcase and it was awkward to get up and down the narrow and steep winding pathway to the room through the bush and no parking outside or with the property, you just have to look further down the hill in public spaces where available - but it really wasn't a major. Upside is our fitness improved.

Lovely romantic hideaway tucked away in a forest. Palm beach is just a 5 min walk down the road. Super easy self check-in. Highly recommend this place, I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the studio! Perfect location, very close to the beach and shops, but still feels lovely surrounded in nature. Checkin was super easy and communication was fast with the host. Bed was very comfortable and it was easy to settle into the comfy studio.

We love these two islands, Waiheke and Great Barrier Island, we both live, and work between both the islands. We enjoy traveling and meeting local and international travellers. We also spend a few months a year in Indonesia, one of our favourite destination amongst others. Originally from Cape Town South Africa we immigrated to NZ in 1999 and made NZ our home.

Our place on Waiheke Island has a Bali feel to it, subtropical plants and a mature nikau grove protects our privacy and creates a sanctuary near the beach. Bohohill Great Barrier Island is our place to getaway and relax in nature, nestled on a hill above water overlooking tranquil Kaiaraara Bay in Port Fitzroy area, we like our guest to enjoy their stay whether it's Waiheke or GBI and we are available anytime to be of assistance.
