The apartment is on the ground floor with an area of 65 m². It has 2 bedrooms, large living room, bathroom and kitchen with laundry area. It has large parts and excellent solar arrangement in the morning and afternoon, with air conditioning and ceiling fan.
The apartment has capacity for up to 5 people including children. (Eg 2 adults and 3 children).
The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, hob, microwave, electric oven, blender, toaster, electric coffee maker, grill and all necessary crockery. The kitchen has a washer & dryer for clothes with clothesline for drying clothes and tank.
In the double room there is an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.
In the single room has a bunk bed for two people and extra mattress.
We provide bed linen, towels and blankets / comforters for our guests.
Private and covered car parking is available in front of the apartment, with access through a remote controlled automatic gate. Note: Covered box limited to 1.70 in height, for cars only.
The apartment is very quiet, residential environment with lots of green area and several fruit trees and birds in nature, ideal for rest in a very quiet neighborhood with supermarket, bakery, fruit tree, restaurants, meat house, pharmacy and other needs in the vicinity of the apartment. It has playgrounds for children and free area for pets.
