Amenities were as advertised with the exception of the fire pit. We loved the pickle ball court, pool, putting green and dock. House was well stocked with necessities and made our trip extremely comfortable.Host was easy to communicate with before our arrival. Once we arrived, they wanted us to communicate on GroupMe and I was not a fan of that third party communication. Overall, great experience!

This home is great for large groups. Our group of 13 high school girlfriends have been here twice now. Pool, mini golf and pickleball/basketball court provides entertainment. Beautiful view of the river from the porch and pier.

I wish we could have stayed longer! This place was stunning! The property manager was very accomodating. We had the best time with fishing off of the dock to swimming to sliding down the slide into the river to pickle ball to putt putt to basketball! This property is perfect for all!!!

Rolling with my homies

We had a group of 10 of us in Baton Rouge for a bowling tournament! This place was just perfect for relaxing before and after our games. The weather was perfect for the pool, golf and pickle ball. Our family of 15 (3 generations) had a fabulous long weekend in your home. The living spaces were large and well furnished. The pickleball and basketball courts were very nice and the pool area was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the large pier and covered areas on the water and were able to easily store our party barge and fishing boat. The large capacity washer/dryer were so helpful to insure access to clean bath and kitchen towels.We were disappointed that the fire pit could not be used and it was a bit inconvenient to have to request any changes to the pool operation via a group chat. Perhaps this is necessary to avoid careless activities by guests, but a compromise might be to allow certain changes, within designed limits, by guests.

Ideal for a girls weekend

My group of high school girlfriends had a ball here. There was plenty of room to spread out and large areas to congregate. Enjoyed playing pickleball at night with outdoor lighting, putt putt golf and soaking in the infinity pool. Great pier with swings to sit out and soak up the river view. We would definitely stay here again!
