If you are planning on doing some work while you are here there is a small desk where you can set up shop.

While staying in the condo you are welcome to catch up on laundry with the washer and dryer or surf the internet.

If you are looking for a chill fall night by the fire you are in luck because the property has a large patio complete with a gas fire pit, a 12 foot tall streaming fountain and industrial grade stainless steel grill.

Great comfortable stay

The bed was one of the coziest bed I’ve slept in. However there was no fitted sheet? Just a flat sheet. And the dust could have been a little less. But other than that, the place was very well decorated and comfortable. Thanks for the great stay!

The pictures were really nice but the shower door fell off the hinges, I could hear the neighbors having sex through the walls and there was no communication when I sent messages. Not great. Compared to other places I’ve stayed on the Plaza for the same price this wasn’t good. It should be priced about $50 per night.

Nice apartment in very tired building

Apartment was clean but the building is old and not kept up. Bathroom was very small, yet clean. Kitchen is dated.

Very Nice Place

The decor of the apartment is tastefully done and its appliances and amenities are more than adequate. It is also very quiet, especially when you consider its location is so near The Country Club Plaza. There was a minor plumbing issue initially, but management responded immediately to resolve it and also followed up to make sure we were satisfied (we were). All in all, a very comfortable and relaxed stay. We happily recommend this property.

Unit was well appointed, but poorly lit overall. Hallways were dirty, dark and dated. I fell on the dark front stairs in sustained an injury. Sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain. Communications to the owner over issues were not returned other In form letter about stay and checkout.

Cozy and warm

This property was lovely for my Christmas holiday in Kansas City. It was warm, cozy and well-appointed. There are a lot of stairs so be prepared, but other than that, just about perfect.

We especially enjoyed the location of the condo as it was just blocks from the plaza. It was well appointed with everything we needed, tastefully decorated and clean, and even had a nice balcony.

Mommy and son weekend

Check in was easy once we went to the right building. It's not huge but it was perfect for my son and I. Nice neighborhood, we walked to get donuts and didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Bathroom was smaller than I thought but the shower was hot. The balcony was adorable too bad it rained so we couldn't really use it Thus was my first vrbo experience so thank you for making it a good one for us!

Hello. Goods? Sure. Location. That's about where it ends. The listing was for a 2 bedroom and its a 1. I screenshot the app listing and saved it. The owner quickly fixed but here I sat for 2 days on a hide-a-bed that was VERY uncomfortable. Very little rest. Then the entrance was gloomy and dirty. The pics are a misrepresentation. I took some of my own but can't share on here. The bathroom had a nasty dirty square mirror and the shower had an old curtain. Was gross too. We washed our feet in sink after shower. We rent homes every few months for several years now and this is our only complaint. After texting owner asking for refund he kept saying call me we can talk about it. After I said i will only message back forth so i have proof he stopped. I have filed a complaint with VRBO and started a dispute charge with my credit card company. Having problems is part of business..... how you handle them is what separates the good ones from the bad. This here is not good business.

The photos in the listing need to be updated. There is now a shower curtain, not sliding doors, one bedroom, not two. The bed was amazing! Everything about the bed was perfect. The location was great! Close to The Plaza. We didn’t stay the entire length of our booked stay. We were ready to go a day early. Booked a hotel at Power and Light.

Excellent Location - Well Decorated

This condo is very centrally located and close to the Plaza. The decorating is very nice. The bed was I believe the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The owner was helpful. Only caveat is that hauling your suitcases up two flights of noisy wood stairs is a bit of a pain. Other than that, a lovely experience!

Perfect location - comfortable condo

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and had a great time. The condo is quaint and well decorated and comfortable. The walls are very thin so keep that in mind, and the tv has no local channels and if the wifi won't work despite troubleshooting it, then you won't be able to watch any tv. Over all I would stay here again because the location is perfect, is in a safe neighborhood, and super close to the Plaza.

Brautiful condo, easy walk to shops and eating.

Very beautiful and welcoming place to have a retreat. We loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine at night and coffee in the morning. We can't wait to visit again, it really is a must! Thanks Mr. Lance for giving us a place to stay on our 21st anniversary!!!

Very nice place! We felt right at home:)

After 22 years of marriage my husband and I were looking for a few days away. We visited the KC area to shop, eat, take in a concert, attend a Royals game, and just relax. This place gave us a home away from home to do just that. The place was very clean, we felt safe in the neighborhood, and the condo had everything we needed. We would gladly stay here again if we are ever in the KC area again. Thanks Lance!

Pleasant stay in Kansas City

The apartment itself was perfect for my purposes. The rooms are small but nicely decorated. The kitchen is small but functional with everything necessary for a short stay. The queen bed was very comfortable. The bathroom ceiling fan literally blasted so much air that the bath mat blew around on the floor. My only real complaint was that the entrance was dreary - the two flights up to the apartment were on old wood steps that were once carpeted, but that had been removed. The hallways and staircase were neither clean nor well maintained - as other reviewers have noted. Once in the apartment, however, I was very happy and felt right at home. The apartment is titled as "luxury linens." The bed sheets were high quality, but the bath towels certainly were not. Investing in some thick, high-quality towels would be worthwhile if the owner truly wants to make this a "5-star experience," as would updating and tending to the hallways and stairways. I would stay again if I need a place to stay in the area, and overall I thought the apartment was a good value.

Modern condo...great view from the balcony. Directly off the Plaza (able to walk to in in minutes).

This condo was a great value and bargain. We enjoyed eating on the balcony and found the living arrangement to be very relaxing. The kitchen area had granite counter tops, a big sink, plenty of cabinet space and a clean refrigerator. We always had a parking spot right in front of the condo. We will definitely look this one up when we get a break from the rat race! =)

Location is excellent

The apartment was clean and very welcoming. We really like the location within walking distance of the plaza. Parking was no problem. It is on the third floor, but easy stairs. As well we loved the front deck for evening cocktails and morning coffee. Lance made it all extremely easy.

Overall it was okay . I expected more from the pictures , especially for the price point .

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the place . While the pictures make it appear very upscale and glamourus , it was not at all what was expected . The inside entrance was very old ....it had a awedul smell in the stairway and it was very dirty. The mat outside the door was dirty and hadn't been swept in an obviously long time . It's very old feeling . Then when we got inside it was as appears in pictures, more modern and upscale feel . There was an obvious lack of cleaning . The shower had hair all inside of it everywhere . The bathroom floor had hair all over it as well and so did he kitchen floor . For the amount of money we spent I was disappointed completely and would not recommend not go back . Other places similar we tried to stay at but were full also supplied coffee and cream etc ... His did not . I would recommend you have it clean before people come and stay both outside and inside ! Disappointed ! But you know how to decorate .
