Relaxing direct ocean views from this spacious studio room at the Atlantic Hotel and Spa on Ft. Lauderdale Beach. Wake up to the warm sun and soothing sounds of the surf. Take a walk on the beach or relax in the spa @ The Atlantic Hotel and Spa!

The room has a king bed as well as a sofa sleeper (queen) with memory foam mattress, desk, TV. The master bathroom has a separate Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower. Balcony has a table and 2 chairs and overlooks the pool below on the 5th floor and the ocean right in front of you! Kitchenette with cooktop stove and mini fridge in unit. Lavazza coffee maker in the kitchenette.

*Cleaning fee at check out paid to the hotel of $120 & $38/day valet only parking if you have a car. We recommend not getting a rental and using public transit or Uber-like services... ALSO $45/day RESORT FEE MANDATORY.*

Very positive experience!

I absolutely loved my stay at this property! Everyone was more than welcoming and kind. Everything we needed was walking distance and a great experience. Highly recommend the wine garden (behind the hotel). Great location, would definitely visit again!

Absolutely stunning view of the ocean from this location. Rooms are clean, bed and sofa bed are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Great location

Loved staying at the Atlantic Hotel and Spa. The location was great. I was pleased with the amenities such as chairs, umbrellas and water. The room was very nice and clean. The balcony with the view of the ocean and pool was breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again.

View makes it worth it.

The property grounds are a bit outdated and in need of repairs. The pool is small and has a lot of broken tiles. The decor is older and hallways had a funky odor. The room was ok, nothing extravagant but just ok. The bed is probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever laid in. Room only had 3 forks but the rest of the dish/glassware had enough for 4 settings. The carpet and furnishings are a bit dated and fairly worn. All that said, I loved the ocean view. I probably wouldn’t stay again but the view and price would make it tempting.

Be prepared for ALOT of extra charges besides just renting the condo and there is no recourse. Between large parking cost and resort fee per day and cleaning fee it adds up

Amazing ocean view, large room

Room is large with king bed and full couch. Bathroom also huge. View of ocean was amazing. Adam addressed an issue we had with an hour. Many great spots to eat and drink within walking distance. Would stay there again for sure.

Nice location and room… Excessive taxes and fees upon checkout.

Enjoyed the property.. but the checkout fees were substantial and not reported accurately. Ending up costing me more than $400 more than the original quote. Better be prepared for extra taxes and fees!

Beautiful ocean views

This is a beautiful specious king suite. We have been using VRBO for a long time, but we have never stayed with one attached to a hotel-spa. It was nice having the pool, the staff, especially valet guys were superb. Never having used a VRBO owner unit at a hotel, it is a bit diiferent. You won’t be getting extra TP, soaps or shampoo unless you pay a fee. Which is explained up front. There are no beach chairs, so that’s up front fee as well. We have yet to stay at a ocean front VRBO that didn’t have some amenities. So, you are kind of stuck in a Hotel/VBRO Limbo. It was a very beautiful studio and Adam was more than a gracious host. We enjoyed our time there.

Such a beautiful place. A very good location. We used UBER to get back and forth from airport approx $20. Everything was with in walking distance. Front desk staff to the restaurant were all so welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this place and would love to go back

Great location- close to restaurants and beach was right across the hotel. There’s a hotel cleaning service fee that we didn’t know about that’s separate from vrbo property fees.

Great balcony and view

Communication with property owner was wonderful. He is prompt to respond to any questions. The unit is wonderful. Hotel is very nice but attention to pool area was not as good as in the past. Concrete surrounding pool was not washed daily. The pool bar area serves great food so that was nice. In the past hotel guests were allowed to use showers in the spa area which comes in handy for boarding a plane if you have a late flight after checkout. Now the spa was not open daily and you were not allowed to use spa facilities. Also, restaurant was not open daily for breakfast.

What a view

Studio had a beautiful view of pool and ocean,great neighborhood clean and safe. Great restaurants and bars. The studio carpet is dated and was not cleaned properly as my wife stepped on someone’s cut toenails. The studio overall was good.

Me and my wife got away for a few days and picked this location the room was very clean and ready when we arrived everything as described would highly recommend the ocean view was amazing restaurant inside the building is also very good close to all the amenities restaurants beach etc.

Great vacation!

We loved the location and I think the two things that I would like to see change is the pool chairs. They are the most uncomfortable chairs. Also have beach chairs and umbrellas for people staying at the hotel. We only went to the beach twice in the week because it cost $60 for two chairs and an umbrella. 😬
