The complex has a Heated Pool along with a great BBQ area which is convenient for you to do your own grilling. This unit comes with it's own private Parking Space. The location is superb.It is nestled in the Heart of Hollywood Beach, Only 10 minutes south of Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 20 minutes north of Miami Int. Airport. It is centrally located between Miami and Ft Lauderdale with easy access to South Beach.It is close to great Shopping, Fine Waterfront Dining, an afternoon at the Race Track or even a Night at the Casino.You are also a few minutes away from a Round of Golf and Deep Sea Fishing.It is also 5 minutes walk to the newly opened Margaritaville Hotel and Spa.

Pool AND Beach!

This property is ideal. If you want nightlife, just walk down the broadwalk for bars, restaurants and live music. If you want quiet, spend your morning on the beach and the rest of the day by the pool.

Best spot on Hollywood Beach

One floor. Close to beach, pool, restaurants. Quiet. Had everything we needed as far as towels, chairs, pool noodle. Comfortable bed. pool temperature was perfect.

We have been to the area frequently. This stay was longer and we wanted more than 'a room' Being from Jersey, we are familiar with beach condos...this one was the usual. Loved the pool and the location.

Great location close to alot of stuff, rented bikes and rode on Broadwalk alot to food and entertainment and golf and fishing and concerts. Nice pool and close to beach.

Pictures are deceiving!

Cheap! The WiFi was almost nonexistent, we couldn’t bring anything up. The TV was as bad, it kept telling us we could not watch that show. We finally got one program but it kept shutting down. Frustrating! Some dishes were chipped. Would not recommend it!

Unit is run down and cramped. Internet is slow. No laundry; no dishwasher, warped floors. Little natural light. But hey you’re at the beach!

Perfect Spot.

One minute walk to the beach, and any type of food is within a 5 minute walk. I'll definitely check availability for this property the next time I go to Hollywood Beach.

Gails studio is a great place to vacation. So many positive things about it like her home is very clean, great location to the beach, has a large heated pool and a parking spot.

My husband and I found this little jewel on VRBO and went to Hollywood beach to celebrate our 36th anniversary. We enjoyed it so much the location was perfect, comfortable bed when we were resting, and everything you need at your fingertips. Gail was very helpful, and we will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed or stay here. It was just as pictured. It is very close to the beach. The amenities were more than adequate. It is a very nice and secure area. The rental was clean and exceeded our expectations. Communication with the owners was easy. We would stay here again and also recommend this rental for a great time!
