The complex has a Heated Pool along with a great BBQ area which is convenient for you to do your own grilling. This unit comes with it's own private Parking Space. The location is superb.It is nestled in the Heart of Hollywood Beach, Only 10 minutes south of Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 20 minutes north of Miami Int. Airport. It is centrally located between Miami and Ft Lauderdale with easy access to South Beach.It is close to great Shopping, Fine Waterfront Dining, an afternoon at the Race Track or even a Night at the Casino.You are also a few minutes away from a Round of Golf and Deep Sea Fishing.It is also 5 minutes walk to the newly opened Margaritaville Hotel and Spa.
There is the Hard Rock Casino 15 minutes away where you have numerous Restaurants and Bars and a whole lot of Shopping.It is also 5 minutes away from 3 other Casinos.
