It was a great location sitting on the balcony looking over at the ocean or the pool. We hung out at the pool easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay there would come back again.

Our room had excellent ocean views from the balcony and bedroom. The pool was very clean and orderly. Easy access to the beach.I tried the gym and the equipment is awesome.Our host Alec was excellent with communication and ensured that everything went smoothly during our stay.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful visit. Tides was a wonderful place to stay and our house was fantastic. He was quick to respond, accommodating and so helpful. The unit could use some upgrades (new bed and upgraded televisions) but we had everything we needed and had a wonderful stay.

Host was receptive when we had a door lock problem. View was great, the unit itself was in need of repair and updating. No dish towels, dish clothes or hot pot holders. Toaster was broke. Ice cube containers were dirty and broken. Bathroom shower stall dirty as we were given used bar soap. Bedding quilt was dirty and ragged. Bedroom windows patched and dirty. Extra charges for parking (PASS), not just parking charges. PAD FOR A KEY TO ENTER PROPERTY WHICH WAS NON -refundable. Think VRBO is off our list.

Unit was "unsecure"!!! Broken door lock and handle going onto the balcony. My wife almost cut her hand on the jagged, broken handle, and the door would not lock! Also, the door to the hallway was not working properly to lock. Poor instructions were provided on how to lock the door when leaving the unit. Unit mgr said he knew the handle and lock were broken prior to our arrival but did nothing to repair it.
