Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Parking Tag: If you have left a security deposit, please remember to return the TAG to the management office during the hours of office to get the guarantee back.
Lavado Card: Please leave them where you found them when you leave the apartment. Replacements will be charged to your account. Air conditioning must be left at 72 degrees (please do not turn it off)

Our stay was fabulous! Ross communicated with us from the time the reservation was made until after we had ended our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The unit is located in great spot in relation to the elevators and amenities. The Tides grounds and pool are also very clean and the beach access is so convenient. We would stay again and recommend this unit and The Tides.

First of all, the room was great and just what we needed. The host was very responsive during our stay. However there is no in unit laundry and it is an extra charge to use.The property was not the best. We were dropped off by the driver at our building and immediately had to go to the other building to check in and get wrist bands. They wouldn’t hold our luggage at the desk. When we got there we had to sign a list of about rules for the property. We were not given a copy of these rules. The next day at the pool we were using a speaker and were asked to turn it off so we did, right away and apologized as I didn’t remember reading that rule. Next thing you know we were approached by a security guard with a clipboard to take our names because we broke the rules. Also 2 more security guards showed up. Talk about being made to feel like a child. After that it felt like walking on eggshells. It is not the kind of place you can have fun. Staff was very rude. Oh and the pool closed at 5pm. It’s is close to a Publix but not much else. No beach bar or pool bar so if that’s your scene this is probably not the place for you. You can rent chairs on the beach but get a voucher where you check in and save yourself the walk!All in all an ok stay. Unit was clean and comfortable: place just did not have a great vibe
