Enjoy stunning oceanfront views from this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located directly on the famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. The unit features a private entrance and access to a shared balcony where you can relax and take in the breathtaking ocean scenery.

The building offers a heated pool and one assigned covered parking space. Please note the parking space is tight and not suitable for large trucks or oversized SUVs.

Step outside and you’re just moments away from restaurants, bars, shops, a park, and a picnic area with a children’s playground. Located in the heart of Hollywood Beach, only a few blocks from Margaritaville Resort.

Beautiful location on the Hollywood Broadwalk. It was awesome and relaxing to wake up every morning and have coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean. Very comfortable accommodations and fully stocked with essentials. The owner has always been easy to work with and responds to questions very quickly. This was our second time staying here because we love it.

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed in a La Playa rental. Not only is the building perfectly positioned on the Broadwalk, but the units and building amenities (pool, laundry, parking, elevator, balcony) meet my family of three's needs. This is our third time staying in this particular unit and the management company made sure everything from check in to check out ran flawlessly.

Very nice accommodations with a feel of "old school" Florida beach vacation, right on the beach and Broadwalk. We had everything we needed in this super well-equipped condo (except a spatula, believe it or not. LOL) Kitchen was small, but was perfect for breakfasts every morning and lunches. Then, just head out to the Broadwalk for any kind of dinner we'd like. Beds and bedding were the most comfortable I've had in a rental in a LONG time...The unit was great, but the compound, itself, is showing some signs of age. Elevator was a little iffy. That being said, the location was perfect! It's on a bit of a quieter part of the Broadwalk, but only a short walk to food, entertainment and fun!Finally, our host was amazing! She allowed for a very early check-in and was super responsive and patient with all my questions leading up to our vacation.

This little condo was exactly what we needed. The location was great, views were amazing. Had one little hiccup and Luci was very responsive. Having beach chairs, towels, and a cooler was so helpful! The weather wasn't very cooperative, very, very windy! Definitely would stay here again.

The location is 10/10, and the facilities felt very safe. You do have to pay to do a load of laundry in the shared laundry area, but the area was super clean and easy to use. Tons of beach equipment available for all ages. The host was super quick to respond. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, but coffee, tea, and dishes were well stocked.

Spring break get away

Perfect location on the Hollywood Broadwalk and beautiful views from our 6th floor unit. This condo had everything we needed and Lucy, our host, was very attentive and quick in responding if I had any questions. I’m already looking to book here again next year!

Perfect getaway

The condo was great! Right in the heart of the Hollywood beach boardwalk. We did not need to rent a car. All the shops and restaurants are within a short walking distance. The beach is steps away and the heated pool was a bonus! We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay in Luci's condo, the location can't be better, right on the beach, there is restaurants and shops where you can walk to. It's clean, comfortable with everything we needed for our vacation. Next time I need to stay longer. Thank you so much Luci, you're an amazing host.

Location, location, location!

You cannot get a better location on the Boardwalk in Hollywood Beach - easy, flat walking distance to restaurants, bars and live entertainment. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean is amazing. And you are steps from the waters edge as well! The building and condo are worn and are some tired looking, but the space itself was very clean and we had all the amenities we needed (refrigerator, stove, coffee pot, small selection of spices, extra towels, beach equipment, etc). The beds were SUPER comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! Overall I would highly recommend the space if you are looking for an amazing location to spend a few days. The permanent residents were very friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely book this space again should the occasion arise. The host was very attentive and replied promptly when contacted.
