Property is exactly as described. The owners provided everything necessary, and more, for a perfect vacation. No complaints in any aspects of the accommodation. The only challenge I had was the beach, which I understood was private (as you needed a fob to enter). It was overcrowded, no respect for personal space and smoking permitted. I therefore went to a public beach which was perfect.

Clean, spacious, renovated, modern, tastefully decorated condo at a great location with all the amenities you need available onsite for a pleasant and comfortable vacation. Nice balcony with seating to enjoy the ocean view. Responsive, courteous property owner. Not disclosed in the original listing are parking and fob charges.

Fantastic Time and Wonderful Location

Our family had a fantastic and enjoyed the location. We loved the condo. I was extremely impressed with how well the kitchen is equipped with everything you possibly need. I had originally planned to rent a vehicle for our stay but glad I did not. There's a convenience store within a 5 minute walking distance and Walmart is a short Uber ride away. Easy access to the beach and the rental had nice beach chairs and an umbrella. We took a short Uber ride to South Beach and enjoyed a half day there. Thank you Annie for always providing prompt communication. Look forward to staying with you in the future.

Le condo est génial, il ne manque rien, très bien équipé. On a passé un séjour merveilleux. Tout est facile d’accès, la plage, la piscine, le dépanneur, le walmart. Annie et Martin sont des hôtes très sympatiques et très accommodants. Merci beaucoup, un coup de coeur pour cet endroit.

Danielle et sa famille ont séjourné 7 nuits dans notre condo. La communication avec Danielle était excellente. Ils ont gardé les lieux propres et tout était en excellente condition à leur départ. Bref, ce fut un plaisir de les accueillir et de faire affaires avec eux. Je vous les recommande sans aucune hésitation et je serais ravie de les accueillir à nouveau.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was lovely. The location was not as good as hoped for. The check in process is cumbersome and the fobs are a bit much. Even the person at the desk said the fob is not necessary as there is always someone there to let you in. The Host is really quick in responding to any questions.

Exactly as described!

This condo was perfect for what we needed. The location was great. We did not park a car, as we used Uber for our entire trip. The beach was fabulous, much better than expected. The check-in process included registering with the condo and paying for a key fob and wristband which are needed to access most parts of the building, pool and beach. This cost $20/fob. Must purchase one fob for every 2 adults. This was a bit unexpected and took a bit longer than anticipated. But overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend this place to friends/family and would stay again if needed.

Very friendly communication with the owners and I was very well informed. The space was roomy okay for our purpose. The apartment was clean and neat. Everyone at property was friendly. The biggest issue was that the parking pass never worked. We had to drive around to be let in the gate the entire stay. Even after telling the man at the gate it was never fixed for us. Well equipped

Property is clean, well secured and condo unit has everything you could need! It's not in the busiest part of Hollywood which was good for our group, much more laid back. Nice pool and easy access to the beach.

From soup to nuts!

House was fully equipped and offered everything from coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, spices, condiments, coffee, games, etc. The condo was pristine with a full service kitchen. The owner made the condo very welcoming.
