Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Upon your arrival, you contacted me regarding the kitchen faucet. This is a motion-sensor faucet, similar to those commonly found in public places, and it was working properly. Regarding the air conditioning, as soon as you brought your concern to my attention, I contacted a technician so the system could be checked promptly. I simply asked whether you authorized the technician to access the condo; at no time were you required to remain on-site. The technician came the following morning and confirmed that the system was working properly. No air conditioning issue had been reported before your stay or after your stay. As for the poolside restaurant service, I understand that this may have been frustrating. However, this service is operated by an independent concession and is not part of the condo rental itself. Regarding the television, the condo is equipped with cable and several channels are available. This concern was not brought to my attention during your stay; I would have gladly assisted you promptly, as I did with your other requests. That being said, I do take guest feedback seriously and always remain available to help ensure the most pleasant stay possible. The condo was clean, well maintained, and all necessary verifications were completed following your communications.
