As of parking, Hollywood Beach is PRIME real estate and as a result there isn't a lot of parking available and therefore it is not included in the price. However, we have included a QR code in our welcome package that you will need to scan in order for you get a parking pass, the cost of it is $21 daily. With this parking pass, you will be able to park in any PUBLIC parking space along the street or the garage directly beside the building. NOT local resident spaces or any numbered spaces. We will provide our welcome package one week before your check-in date.
There is a 2 person maximum in our apartment.

Great weekend getaway

Very nice little place to stay for a few days! 2 minute walk to the beach, a pool, right on the broadwalk to go out to eat, and a short Uber from the ft. Lauderdale/ Hollywood airport! Love how beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler are provided! Would stay again!

The studio was immaculate! Everything was well thought out: the space, the items provided, etc. the location was perfect, close to the Broadwalk, beach, grocery stores and the airport! The complex was immaculate also- super clean, adorable and very nice to hang out in. The pool was clean. 10/10! Rocky our host was super helpful, friendly and a great communicator. Definitely recommend!

Great beach location

Enjoyed staying here with my son. Less than a block to the beach and close access to lots of great places to eat. Will stay again next time we need a beach house in Hollywood.

Great value for what you get. Right on the beach, and feels safe. Clean and convenient. Coffee, toiletries, water bottles, and bath and kitchen. There's even towels, chairs, and bags for you if you need them for the beach. I will definitely consider staying here again

This property was wonderful! This was our first stay in Hollywood and we were not disappointed! We loved the location of this property, just steps away from the beach. The manager was wonderful to work with and had a lot of good recommendations on where to eat and what to do while in Hollywood! We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Hollywood Beach Apt.! The property was very clean, very comfortable for two, pleasantly updated, and well supplied with everything you need. The location to Hollywood Beach was just perfect! The hosts were great at reaching out, very helpful and timely with all communication needs. Perfect

My wife and I came down to see Andrea Bocelli in concert and decided to stay and have a week vacation. This gem was perfect literally steps to the Boardwalk and many restaurants. A great sit on the inter coastal is Tubs .. 5 minutes away funky spot.. world famous. Anyways this Vrbo is perfect for a short stay and exactly as advertised.. highly recommend

Great Location!

The property was exactly what we were expecting. Clean, updated, quiet is what we like when we travel and this met all of the criteria and more. The bed couldn't be more comfortable. All of the extra's, like beach chairs, umbrella, towels made things so easy so that we could enjoy the beach (which we did, every day). The heated pool was beautiful and a great place for lounging after a day at the beach. We will definitely go back again.

Rocky is our Hero!

Rocky opened his property to my daughter. We were looking for a place to get her out of the hurricane's path. Rocky’s place in Fort Lauderdale was available, and he got my daughter in quickly. He also checked in on her a couple of times. Thank you from a grateful dad.

Absolutely perfect!

This was exactly what I was looking for! I have no complaints! The host was super great. The location was ideal! There was so much in the small apartment that I could have packed less. I appreciate the toiletries. I was worried the Murphy bed would be uncomfortable, but it was great and easy to pull down. I would definitely stay in this exact location if I were to come back again! Thanks :)

Small paradise

This property is fabulous. I stayed here in November and had to come back again. The studio condo is very clean and has everything you need. Beach towels, umbrella, beach bags, and a kitchen equipped with what you need. The new Murphy bed is such an improvement from the original pull out I slept on when I came in November. The beach is a short walk and the boardwalk has some nice restaurants. Also, the pool is so warm and relaxing. Nice place to cool off from the hot sun. This small paradise to such great place to stay. hope to come back soon!!

Beachy apt review

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was small, but there were only 2 of us and we had a shorter stay. Check-in / check-out was super easy and the hosts were very communicative. The apartment had all the essentials, which included beach supplies. However, we would’ve appreciated some additional face towels, only 2 were provided and pillows for the bed as they were pretty flat. The apartment is about a block away from the beach, which made for an easy walk. If you want to enjoy areas outside of Hollywood beach, it’s pretty easy to get a Taxi or Uber. We didn’t spend any time at the pool, but it was clean and rarely crowded. Lastly, we appreciated the secured gates and keyless apartment entry. We would definitely stay again.

Sofa bed was not comfortable

We were unable to stay after one night on the sofa bed because it wasn't comfortable enough for us. The bed is the most important aspect of a stay and a sofa bed with a 4 inch mattress didn't work for us. We did not realize that there was only a sofa bed until we arrived at the property because we didn't catch that in looking at the photos and description. If so we wouldn't have booked the property. The manager was unwilling to give us any kind of refund and so this was a costly mistake.

Well appointed, cute as a button, and location, location, location! We spent two nights here before a cruise. Close to airport and cruise port. Just steps from the beach and Broadwalk (which offered many dining options within easy walking distance). Even though it is close to the action, the unit was pleasantly calm and quiet. If in the area again, would happily chose this place.
