This was our 2nd time staying here. Outstanding all around both times. Highly recommend!! Close to beach, easy to access, park right out front, clean and all you need to be comfortable.

Truly a remarkable place!!

This was the perfect abode for my Wife and I. Just a few steps from the beach, located in a great, quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and had everything you could ever ask for. Beach towels, chairs for the beach, even an umbrella. The description matched the house perfectly. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10 highly recommended!!

Perfect 1st floor apartment at the Beach

Wonderful little gem on the beach. Our host was so kind and considerate of our travel plans. The bed and pillows were so nice and the apartment had everything we needed. We will definitely choose this property next time we are back in the area.

Honeymoon Bungalow

I’m so glad that I took the time to search, search and search again for just the right spot for our little Honeymoon getaway. Our apartment was steps from the most beautiful beach. My husband and me enjoyed the crystal clear water, sugar like sand and the feel of our own private bit of paradise. The accommodations were immaculate and comfortable. Our stay here was wonderful. Literally steps from the beach. The apartment itself was clean and homey. A perfect way to revitalize! Everything we needed for a 4 night stay was available! Even beach chairs, towels and a beach umbrella! Nice and quiet neighborhood but not far from restaurants and attractions! Can't wait to go back!!

Great location

This apartment was very clean and pleasant. so close to the beach and an easy drive to many of the popular spots. We drove to South Beach and Fort Lauderdale Beach. Great value!

The BEST Location

Soto was a great host! Greeted us upon arrival, and made sure we had everything we needed. This location is literally steps to the beach, which is exactly what we were looking for. Fun bars and restaurants nearby as well. We were not aware the boardwalk was a mile or 2 away either. Once we found that, we spent a good amount of time here. So many fun spots up and down the whole way. We would definitely come back in the future.

Perfect spot for 2

It is a lovely space. You feel like you are in a home, not a rental. Comfy bed and sheets, plush towels and everything you could need in the kitchen to cook with. The beach is just seconds away. The front covered patio is perfect for morning coffee and reading a book. The only downfall was that there aren’t many food/drink options within walking distance.We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

Had all the amenities you need to dine in. And being steps from the beach was so nice. Used the supplidd beach chairs snd umbrella. Sotos is a grest host.

Fantastic Stay

This was a perfect place for a quiet couple's stay. We enjoyed being feet from the beach so that we could come and go throughout the day as we pleased. We were able to fix dinner/breakfast without having to eat out. Everything we needed was provided to make our stay perfect.

relaxing getaway!

This unit was perfect for my husband and I. Kitchen was equipped with all we needed to make breakfasts and lunch and we enjoyed many local restaurants for dinner. Extra bath towels included along with towels for the beach. The beach is literally steps away and we used the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella everyday. There is a walking path right along the beach that takes you all the way to the Broadwalk where we found restaurants and live music. We especially loved the covered porch! We spent many hours lounging on the cushioned benches surrounded by beautiful Florida flora. Beautiful place we will definitely want to visit again!
