Includes one bedroom with a king bed & private half bath. Night stands are equipped with cordless watch and smart phone charging stations and adjustable reading lights. The main bath includes a walk- in shower with all the linens. This unit sleeps up to four when including the queen sofa/bed in livingroom. The fully equipped kitchen has a full size range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker. Premium coffee is provided and uses a Keürig combo coffee maker for singles or makes a full pot.

Don’t pass this amazing place up

This property was by far the best I have ever stayed at! The pictures don’t do this property justice. First off the owner Jeff responded so quick any time I had a question. Everything was so clean and tidy. Awesome keurig along with creamer and plenty of sugar and sweetners etc. which was so nice. Loved the fact the property has chairs for the beach. Both bigger chairs and lower chairs. Along with very nice beach towels and kids stuff for the beach. What a great thing to have! I would recommend this property to anyone and I cannot wait to stay here again! I mean step out your door onto the boardwalk and into the sand. Don’t even have to bring a cooler if you don’t want because your door is that close for drink, food and bathroom and come right back to the beach. Highly recommended for the location, communication by owner, cleanliness and the outside common area is the best as well.

I purchased a home in Hollywood beach over 20 years ago and love it more every year! I am from Northwest Indiana and split my time here. I feel great every time I step off the plane. I love to be close to the ocean and the beach.

Why they chose this property

This is a one of a kind, 2 story building in a super location. You will stay in the heart of Hollywood beach where you will find laid back, friendly people from all over the world. The ensuite(half bath) is invaluable. I love this place because the building has only has 9 units and is located directly on Hollywood beach.

What makes this property unique

The views from the living room are spectacular in any kind of weather. It is a Main floor unit, just one step in! The location makes it so easy to get on and off the beach to your own private bathroom, to refill your favorite frozen cocktails or having a bite to eat. Close proximity to plenty of entertainment, restaurants, bars, biking, walking, jet skiing, parasailing, Intracoastal waterway and of course, the award winning Hollywood beach!
