Lovely apartment across from beach

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked and all appliances worked well. The owner lives upstairs and greeted us on our arrival. He is very friendly and kind. The beach is directly across the street and was never crowded. We rented bikes and rode them to Hollywood Beach boulevard daily. I highly recommend this place for a pleasant relaxing stay.

Hollywood Florida Paradise

This was my 1st Vrbo experience. Sotos, the property owner was the most hospitable, enthusiastic, host that I have ever met. The apartment was exactly, as the pictures suggest. The area is very quiet and neighborhood like. Will definitely rent this property again.

Perfect!

This was my girlfriend and I’s first vacation together! Actually a spur of the moment trip! The listing seemed to be a perfect spot for us and was it ever. Great location and it was everything the listing said it would be. We also had a few questions and he answered by the next day! This will be our first choice next trip! Thank you!

Perfect

We loved everything about this place! The beach was 45 steps away and at most there were 10 people on it at any time. We loved walking to the tiki bar at night. We walked to a small marine observatory and watched them feed the turtles. The Broadwalk was about a 2 mile walk one way and it was super clean. It was such a quiet and peaceful vacation. We had groceries delivered and didn’t need a car for anything. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Santo was a perfect host. He introduced himself but he gave us our privacy. We enjoyed sitting outside in the patio area and having our coffee on the beach in the morning. Lounge chairs and an umbrella were provided.

Perfect for two and on the beach

Lovely property, 10 steps from beach. Sotos was very welcoming. No concerns while at the property. If anything to fault it would be the AC is noisy at times. Not a big issue really. Differently would recommend if you want a beach, stay without paying $5 an hour for parking, closer to Hollywood centre.

The owner lives upstairs. He's very accommodating. The one bedroom apartment was very well furnished and had everything that it said that it had plus more. If we head back to Hollywood, we'll definitely stay there again

What a gem just steps from the ocean. Great little apartment within walking distance to everything essential. We did even walk to Publix, although we Ubered back. Lovely patio sitting area for morning coffee where you can listen to the ocean while seeing the tropical plants on the patio and watch the little lizards run around. All the beach items you need to tote to the beach including the umbrella, chairs and Styrofoam cooler. I miss it already! Would definitely stay here again.

Girls trip June 2025

We spent a week here for a girls trip last week and I could not recommend it more! The apartment is super cute and the location is absolutely perfect with the beach literally steps away. Sotos was a great host and there if needed while providing a very laid back environment! The area is very quiet and the two of us being females felt very safe while visiting as well as walking to local restaurants/bars late at night! We will definitely be back here for future trips! What a great spot!

I stayed there with my family and it was a beautiful place, conveniently located super close to the beach! The property is very clean and homey, and the property manager was a great help with whatever questions we had and was very friendly. Definitely would stay there again!

Great weekend

This was perfect for a long weekend away from a cold and dark Wisconsin December. The location and weather were great. The only negative was the AC unit in the living room was not working well, so the living room would get pretty warm by the end of the day. Santos did respond to our AC concern, was going to replace the unit. So the next guests shouldn’t have an AC issue.

Another fantastic stay

I have stayed at this property multiple times now and it has consistently been an oasis of peace for me. The proximity to the water is one of the primary reasons I have returned so many times. It really is breathtaking. The unit itself has everything that you would need for a beach vacation. I do not rent a car when I am there which can be limiting. However, I am able to order food and drink from local stores and restaurants very easily. I look forward to being able to stay again here next year.
