Excellent communication

There were some issues out of the host's control that we reported upon arrival that were dealt with promptly and with great consideration. We really appreciated their quick response. The house was great, we enjoyed our stay.

Winter vacation

Comfortable home, nice neighborhood. Very quiet. Beautiful view when you step out the door! Handy to Dripping Springs, Highway 10 and NMSU golfcourse!

Cleanest VRBO house I've ever seen

Very comfortable and VERY CLEAN home (and I am very picky!!). Our only issue was the backyard, which was supposed to be pet-friendly. It had tall weeds with stickers that stuck all over my dachshund. I pulled weeds for 3 hours so we could let her in the backyard to relax.
