Queen size bed was very uncomfortable. Not much support. The outdoor courtyard was just dirt If there were rugs on the bare floor the casita would be more cozy and comfortable. It was well stocked and roomy. Location is very good

Somehow the support piece on bed frame was broken. Some replacement for sure The heat this summer and water restrictions were tough on this garden. New drip system and tougher plants for next year.

Cute, roomy place. Great location within walking distance of the plaza. Well equipped kitchen. The garden is just a sad patch of dirt. And we did not sleep well in the wobbly bed with an ultra soft mattress.

Yes, poor garden indeed. The heat was so intense this summer. It suffered. I have hopes for better luck next season since gardens are my passion. I will check that bed. Never heard “wobbly” before and some guests say the beds at my homes are too firm. This is a first for too soft…

Good location. Not very clean, Pet friendly. Wanted to use the court yard but the furniture was very uninviting . Needs a new toilet. Very touchy door lock. Decor and furniture nice. So overall OK

Melisa was a wonderful hostess! The property was beautiful and clean and exactly as advertised. The pups absolutely loved the enclosed back yard and my little fur girl enjoyed running in circles from the yard through the living room, kitchen, bedroom and back out to the yard. It is rare when both humans and dogs can find pleasure in the same spaces. The location was ideal - walking distance to the square and other local attractions and easy access to get out to the ski resorts and national forest for hikes and fun outings. Thank you for making us feel at home and so easy! We will be repeat customers in the future.

We had originally booked Casa Azul, but accidentally booked the wrong dates. When I contacted Melissa she was very understanding and graciously offered one of her other properties, Casita Juliet, that was available. The space was delightful, and even closer to the event we were attending. We would definitely book with Melissa again.

Great Stay!

Casa Azul was the perfect spot for us in Taos. A quiet place to relax close and convenient to the plaza and everything else. We loved the outdoor space and Melissa's creative and funky designs inside and out. We'd definately stay there again.

Loved Casa Azul

A totally relaxing and fun stay. A quiet neighborhood on an ultra-quiet street. Within easy walking distance to the plaza for great eats and to a grocery store. Casa Azul is small, but just right for two adults and a boxer dog who enjoyed herself as much as we did. A clean, comfortable and well-stocked dog-friendly home away from home.
