Sustainable Private Suite near the beach

Welcome to Villa Lorenzo private suite sustainable guesthouse, where we try to be as green and eco-friendly as possible. Our house was originally built in the 50s and has been evolving ever since, becoming more and more environmentally conscious and efficient.

We are 10/15 min walk from the El Ancla beach.

Great for couples, small families and family and friends who are visiting people in the area.

*The Space*
As soon as you enter the gate you will feel as though you have stepped into a serene space away from the bustling world outside.

You will not feel claustrophobic in this private suite. Even though the suite is a part of the house you will find it is very private, as if you have your own home. Nothing is shared.

Outside you also have several private patios and the windows overlook the backyard.

*The Suite*
It contains 3 large spatial rooms and one smaller bedroom with high ceilings and a private bathroom (100m in total).

There is an amazing master bedroom with a luxury king bed; A small bedroom with a single bed and another bed that can be pulled out if needed. A large sitting room (we will call the Living Room) that contains a brand new double sofa bed and a T.V. ; and a large shala, we have deemed the Gameroom with wooden floors, here there are two couches, a pool table and a kitchen that was built by hand which will accommodate all your basic needs.

All the rooms have large windows (except the small bedroom) that look out onto the backyard which is a small orchard of fruit trees (orange and fig trees and grapevines) that give off great smells throughout the year. The living room and game room have several skylights which make for a brightly lit area.

*T.V. - Does not have cable but there is a chrome cast you can use.

*kitchen - Has a hot plate, medium-size refrigerator, toaster, espresso stovetop coffee maker and an electric kettle.
Note* The kitchen faucet does not have a hot water option

*Bathroom: There is a walk-in shower, two sinks and there are extra towels and a hairdryer available. There is also shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
Note* The toilet runs on a septic tank. Please do not flush anything other than natural waste and toilet paper

*Guest access*
Please park outside the house, there is enough space for three cars. The entrance to the property is shared however the entrance to the suit as well as the patio, are private.

The pool is available from (9am to sunset)

We also have an outhouse that is open to be used outside of the main house (we use the waste for compost for our flower garden)

Winter: There are plenty of radiators, thick blankets, and down comforters to keep you warm
Summer: the big bedroom and living room both have ceiling fans we ask you to use to conserve energy (try to stay as green as possible ;)). We also have an air conditioner in the living room. Please turn OFF when you leave the space

I work as a cultural guide and am more than happy to give you information on the area or take you on a guided cultural gastronomical experience.
