The two Televisions would not work. Contacted the management no reply. The place clearly lists a hot tub. When I asked where it was I was told it was the bath tub LOL

40th birthday

I rented the 420 house for my sister's birthday trip to Thailand. The house itself is amazing. The pictures are spot on. The townhouse has a nice gated entry where you could park a car or a few scooters. There is also an upstairs patio with beautiful views. Which is also where I noticed there was a washer there as well. The 420 House is also located on a very quiet alleyway that is literally 15-20 minutes to Downtown, in good traffic, as with any city there can be delays. Also if you walk the block there are so many food places to eat at, with many friendly locals hanging out. There's also 2 7/11 in walking distance. On top of the amazing house in a great neighborhood, Kip was a very good host. Any question/issue we had she was right there to help. She even sent us a list of things to do and must sees in Bangkok. 10/10 would stay again. Also when you stay make sure you download the grab app, its their uber/eats. It helps so much to schedule rides around at great rates.
