BEACHFRONT COTTAGE with spectacular views of Lake Winnisquam and mountains from your own private enclosed porch. Only steps to our sandy beach!

There is room in the living room if you wanted to bring an air mattress.
Fully furnished - Kitchen – Living-room – Enclosed Porch

• pillows, comforter and blankets provided (bring your own sheets and towels)

If you are looking for a perfect place to unwind on vacation, this community has it all. This home is located in Lakes Edge, a lovely 14 unit beautifully maintained association.

Beach must be picked up at the end of the day.
Park one car a little past Unit 10 on the left by the boat launch. Any additional parking is in front of the big house by the road.
Trash can be thrown in the dumpster out front

Boats can be dropped in at our facility and trailers must be stored across the street from the Anchorage on our Well House property. Unit 9’s slip is the 9th one. Looking towards the water the first slip to the far left is #1.

Great for a small family

My husband and my 4yo son and I stayed here for 3 nights and loved every minute. The cabin was just what we needed and we would love to stay here again. The hosts were great and the location was perfect for the area. You can't beat the price either. We loved being right on the water and right in front of the beach.

Location location location!

Cannot beat the location! We are kayakers so having the lake right outside the front of this cottage was the big draw for us. Lake Winnessiquam is beautiful and very clean! Cute, rustic cottage,with pine wood walls. It was a bit dated and small for us but the location made up for that 100%. Brenda was very responsive to questions we had when we arrived. We also met a lovely neighbor who gave us wonderful tips on the best areas to kayak on the lake. She was a peach! Would stay again 😊 panelled walls and rustic charm.

This lakeside cottage is cute and sits waterfront on Winnisquam Lake. The cottage has the potential to be very cute but needs a deep cleaning and some upgrades. Upon checking in we had to clean almost the entire cottage. We then had to clean the outdoor gas grill before we could use it. I did contact the host about this issue and she was very responsive, no complaints there. We did not understand the reason for a stained twin mattress to be standing against the wall. It was an eyesore and we needed to move it to get it out of the way. Overall, the cottage is in a nice location and in a community where everyone was quite friendly.

Very cute

Had a lovely long weekend. The views were great and the price was reasonable. Brenda was easy to reach. The cottage was really cute but did have a body odor smell when the AC wasnt running. I would stay here again.
