Located in a secluded small village near Zadar, the villa offers private,quiet and luxurious stay.
The villa is situated first row to the sea with a small private cove where you can enjoy all the sea and sun you want. Throughout the house there is a huge amount of daylight at any time of the day.
There is a lot what you can do here.Excellent for families or groups of friends.
There is a Hot tub and a Sauna where you can relax and enjoy the sea view,children's playground, PS4 . The house also has a billiard and darts so adults also have a lot of fun during their stay.
The house has bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two separate bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen,dining area, spacious living room terrace and balcony.
On the outside there is also a fire place with a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals, enjoy them and still keep your eyes on the sea.
