This beautiful 3 bedroom vacation rental property is located in the popular village of Nazaret, near the old capital of Teguise. The villa is over 200 years old. Free fibre optic wi-fi is available. Suitable for 4 people, the spacious living accommodation includes living-dining room, fitted kitchen, master bedroom en-suite with two further twin bedded rooms and shower room. Outside, the terrace has table and chairs and a bbq is available - perfect for al fresco dining. The terrace leads to the pool area which is accessed by a lockable gate. The pool is 6m x 3m and there are comfortable sun loungers available. The pool is solar heated and the pool area is totally private. Nazaret is a quiet and peaceful place. There are bars and restaurants available in Teguise which is approximately 2km away. Spacious country villa accommodation for up to 4 adults in a quiet and rural village. Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, gas cooker and washing machine. 1 double bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom. 2 further twin bedrooms with adjacent shower room. Why they chose this property
We used to holiday in Nazaret and we came to love the area so much that when the opportunity of buying our property came up, we grabbed the opportunity with both hands. We have lovingly renovated both Villa Ann and Casa Joanna and are very proud of both of our properties. Nazaret is a great base for exploring the many delights this wonderful island has to offer. It is a far cry from the bright lights and bars of the main resorts and is ideal if you are looking for peace and relaxation. Come and experience the real Lanzarote, we are sure you will love it as much as we do.
What makes this property unique
Villa Ann and Casa Joanna offer flexible accommodation options. They can be booked together for larger families and will sleep 8, 6 in the villa and 2 in the apartment (the apartment is not suitable for children) or they can be booked separately.
Please note, if you are only booking Casa Joanna (property reference (10075619) then there is no access to the swimming pool. However, Casa Joanna does have a fantastic terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ for alfresco dining.
