SPRING/SUMMER 2026 AVAILABILITY

This delightful apartment is decorated in a true Spanish style. You enter the tasteful entrance hall which gives a feeling of space. The stylish open plan lounge/dining room and American style kitchen leads through a sliding door onto a glassed in terrace/conservatory. The windows fully open and the patio door takes you into your own private garden. The master bedroom is en-suite and there is a second bedroom and shower room. The communal gardens and swimming pools are very well maintained. This is a gated apartment complex set in a quiet residential area. A host of leisure activities including golf courses and the Marina are available within the surrounding area making this the ideal location for holidays and long term lets. We have installed high speed WiFi facilities into our apartment. We know that this will be a great advantage to many of our guests who have requested this over the years. WiFi can be available for the whole period of your stay. This will enable you to use the internet and make use of free calls using Skype or Viber. You may know that Sky changed their availability in Spain and with it many of the normal TV channels are no longer available. We are delighted to inform you that with the high speed WiFi facilities into our apartment it is allowing us to pick up TV channels via the internet.

The property is registered with the Andalucía Tourist Board.

My husband and I are just back from a lovely holiday in benalmadena. We stayed there for 4 weeks. The appartement is lovely, with a nice garden. It had everything we needed. Its location is ideal,quiet .

Spacious apartment in a location that is super convenient for exploring the best local sights and amenities all within a 15 minute walk. The apartment needed maintenance and some upgrades would have been welcome, however the great location made up for these.

. It is an ‘OK’ apartment. Typical solid Spanish single mattresses. Fairly well equipped but with no oven, the small combi-oven is inadequate - half a pizza at a time for four people took an age. Well situated for Paloma Park, 15 min walk either way to beach or Arroyo. Biggest disappointment was the pool closed on 30th September & we had four days out of nine with no pool. Asked a resident & says it always closes end of September.

Could have been a really nice property. Garden was not as described no grass as in pictures instead just dirt. There was no BBQ but was sure it was in description. Bed was terrible so uncomfortable and caused sleepless nights. Pipes in property made terrible noise. Cleanliness was good and loation was good. Apartment was well equipped.

We are so pleased that you found the apartment clean and location good. We’ve tried very hard to make sure that it is well equipped so that guests can enjoy their stay. We have visited many times ourselves and found it to be very comfortable. Due to the weather conditions in Spain and the hosepipe ban it has been extremely difficult to maintain the grass. We have paved over some of the garden so that guests have a patio area to sit on. This is clearly shown in our photographs on the Website.

Spacious apartment in good location right next to park and dolphin tourist attraction. Residential property so peaceful unlike other tourist appartments. Lovely private garden and communal pool. Only slight snag for us was the beds were not to our personal preference. That being said everything else was fine.

Fantastic!!!

From booking the flat through to being met on arrival was seamless. The flat was exactly as described, really clean, very spacious and in a great location. Everything was walkable and we found everything we were looking for easily. I would highly recommend staying here and if we ever came back I would not hesitate to rebook. The property is clean,ideal location,excellent facilities and larger than a normal 2 bedroom apartment.Because of all this it is the best value for money flat in the area. Only down side was it took me 17days to receive my deposit back but that was not the owners fault

Brilliant 5 weeks of relaxation

Arriving later than expected we were greeted warmly and shown round the property. Perfect quiet location for our long summer stay with good contact and although not right in the hustle bustle we managed to get plenty steps in exploring the area. The property was ideal for us and the garden area gave us that added space for taking in the sunshine surrounded by green parrots who seemed to love the trees! Lots of great bars and restaurants within good walking distance although lots of uphill walking to reach these areas. Superb to have towels and fresh bedding available in the flat which was ideal for lounging by the pool area. Thanks for a fab stay

As a recently retired couple we wanted to come to Spain for a month to experience the lifestyle and warm weather and this garden apartment was the perfect place to do so. It is like home from home with all the amenities you need, clean, bright, and very comfortable. The apartment is in a perfect location, set in a residential area close to Paloma Park, and central to both Arroyo de Miel, with its many cafes and restaurants,and the beach front. The garden is a bonus and was nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the winter sunshine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to a return visit.

Excellent location

The property was ideal for us with our two dogs the garden was great offering plenty of shade and sun the apartment had everything we needed including the TV which was perfect offering a wide range of English programs and films the apartment was spacious. The communal pool is outstanding very clean and surroundings kept beautifully. The location was perfect for restaurants bars beaches and supermarkets and the beautiful Paloma park, we stayed for 3 months and made a lot of Spanish freinds the Spanish were very welcoming and friendly within complex tim the apartment manager was easily contactable whenever we had any enquiries we can't thank Paul and Sheryl enough for letting us stay with our two dogs we had the most amazing time and hope to stay there again soon Pauline and pete

Lovely Spanish feel

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property has a real Spanish feel to it. It was in a gated residential community which was very quiet. The place was very clean & well equipped with plenty of crockery,cutlery,pans etc. Not that we did a lot of cooking as the walk into town for bars & restaurants was only 15 mins away, through a beautiful park. TV had a huge selection of channels including sports channels. Sheryl, the owner was very efficient with all aspects of the rental. We were met at the gate on arrival by Sammy, no waiting around. The only criticism would be that more sun loungers we’re needed in the garden. Would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Just enjoyed 2 weeks at Sheryl's lovely apartment. Great communication when booking from Sheryl, and by text from Helen on arrival in Benalmadena, and was waiting to welcome us when we arrived. The apartment is in a fantastic location next to Selwo Marina and Paloma Park, so a 10 mins walk to Beach, 25 mins to Marina, (and a 10 mins walk from the train station at Arroyo, so no need for taxi from/to the airport) This is a nice quiet area, yet close to the lovely cafes & restaurants at Arroyo, and the busy area at the sea front All the comforts of home are included in the apartment, including all the popular UK TV channels, fully fitted kitchen with utensils, and a washing machine. The private garden is a lovely quiet sanctuary to sit and relax and sun bathe. We have already booked, and looking forward to returning for 3 weeks next time.

Ideal apartment

We enjoyed staying in this apartment. Communication with Sheryl’s apartment manager was proactive and made the transition when arriving easy. The apartment itself was practical and the broadband worked well and the additional satellite tv channels. We liked the self contained, walled rear garden as it was ideal for our young children to play in safely. The gated pool on site was clean and had a lifeguard on duty. The apartment is a short walk to the beach (10 minutes) and a lovely park with good children’s play area within 5 minute walk. Lots of places to eat and drink out and safe area to walk around. We hardly used the car which we left in the allocated parking space outside the apartment. We would definitely consider returning again in the future.

Great location, spacious apartment

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment and would love to return! We are a family of four, with two children under two years, and the apartment was so comfortable and suitable for us. Although the private garden is overgrown, it was a huge bonus for us and we made great use of it with the kids. There is also a beautifully kept garden with two swimming pools. The apartment itself is very spacious, with two bathrooms, great Wi-Fi and tv, which again was a bonus for us. A stone’s throw from the beautiful Paloma Park, 5 minute walk from a supermarket, 10 minute walk to Arroyo, 15 minute walk to the beach. The location was fantastic and we loved being there! The bed in the main bedroom was quite uncomfortable, but the twin room had more comfortable beds that we made use of. The host was amazing at communicating with us in advance of our arrival and went out of their way to accommodate our family which we were hugely grateful for. This was a great find!

A real shame. The property itself is good and has great potential. Mattresses really poor, kitchen utensils likewise and cleaning standard and general maintenance is barely adequate. It feels very much as though some years ago it was well loved and cared for but has simply been totally neglected since. We were ok for a few days having adjusted our expectations but expected more, especially after paying a significant security deposit for our small dog which we were happy to do because, we assumed, it meant the owners valued and cared for their property. Disappointed and also had to chase the deposit return.

We are really upset and surprised by your review. Our Spanish home has welcomed many guests this year and we have received lovely reviews. We stayed in the apartment with our family just before your visit. We always go through everything very carefully when we are there and update anything that needs replacing. On this occasion this included the microwave and linens and some cutlery and glassware. We made sure the paintwork was retouched where guests had left scuff marks. Our Manager made sure that everything was thoroughly cleaned, as she does after each guest leaves. We ask all guests who bring their pet to pay an extra security deposit. We have this on our website so that there are no surprises. We also advise on the website that we have a 14 day period to check things thoroughly in the apartment before returning the deposit. This allows our Manager time to make sure guests have left our holiday home in a good state, especially when they bring a pet with them. On this occasion we returned your deposit in six days, including the weekend and needing to chase you for your bank details which you hadn’t provided, so we were well within this time period. We find your comments to be unfair.

We have been property owners with Owners Direct/HomeAway/Vrbo for the last 20 years. We are a couple in our sixties who, with our now two grown up daughters, have stayed in the apartment many times over the years. We love the many restaurants and bars that are so close to the apartment it's difficult to make a choice. We enjoy the surrounding area where we do a lot of walking and exploring the local region which is beautiful and full of interesting things to do.

We have the most beautiful park just opposite with the many animals and walkways around the lake, we love to sit over there in the sunshine. What makes this property unique

Our beautiful private garden, only accessed via the apartment, gives a tranquil place to relax and is very safe for children to play. The conservatory is perfect for relaxing in of an evening or the winter months. There are so many interesting things you can enjoy in the surrounding area to make your stay special, from the dolphinarium just across the road to the fabulous Benalmadena Marina nearby.
