This delightful apartment is decorated in a true Spanish style. You enter the tasteful entrance hall which gives a feeling of space. The stylish open plan lounge/dining room and American style kitchen leads through a sliding door onto a glassed in terrace/conservatory. The windows fully open and the patio door takes you into your own private garden. The master bedroom is en-suite and there is a second bedroom and shower room. The communal gardens and swimming pools are very well maintained. This is a gated apartment complex set in a quiet residential area. A host of leisure activities including golf courses and the Marina are available within the surrounding area making this the ideal location for holidays and long term lets. We have installed high speed WiFi facilities into our apartment. We know that this will be a great advantage to many of our guests who have requested this over the years. WiFi can be available for the whole period of your stay. This will enable you to use the internet and make use of free calls using Skype or Viber. You may know that Sky changed their availability in Spain and with it many of the normal TV channels are no longer available. We are delighted to inform you that with the high speed WiFi facilities into our apartment it is allowing us to pick up TV channels via the internet.

Apartment very good equiped and clean. Private parking and access. Close to supermarkets and services, no car needed to go to the beach for those who enjoy walking a bit.
My husband and I are just back from a lovely holiday in benalmadena. We stayed there for 4 weeks. The appartement is lovely, with a nice garden. It had everything we needed. Its location is ideal,quiet .
Very satisfied with our stay, we enjoyed it very much. Quiet place, very good location, the description corresponds to what you get. Hope to stay again soon
We stayed 3 nights. A bit hard to find. The address provided took us somewhere else. More info was provided by Tim on Whatsap, then we found it. We loved Benalmádena.
We had a lovely time, the apartment was lovely. The check in went smoothly and the surrounding park, beaches were outstanding. All in all our time there was perfect would definitely recommend this apartment 😊

Spacious apartment in a location that is super convenient for exploring the best local sights and amenities all within a 15 minute walk. The apartment needed maintenance and some upgrades would have been welcome, however the great location made up for these.

Ideal location
Spacious apartment in good location right next to park and dolphin tourist attraction. Residential property so peaceful unlike other tourist appartments. Lovely private garden and communal pool. Only slight snag for us was the beds were not to our personal preference. That being said everything else was fine.
Arriving later than expected we were greeted warmly and shown round the property. Perfect quiet location for our long summer stay with good contact and although not right in the hustle bustle we managed to get plenty steps in exploring the area.
The property was ideal for us and the garden area gave us that added space for taking in the sunshine surrounded by green parrots who seemed to love the trees!
Lots of great bars and restaurants within good walking distance although lots of uphill walking to reach these areas.
Superb to have towels and fresh bedding available in the flat which was ideal for lounging by the pool area.

From booking the flat through to being met on arrival was seamless. The flat was exactly as described, really clean, very spacious and in a great location.
Everything was walkable and we found everything we were looking for easily.
I would highly recommend staying here and if we ever came back I would not hesitate to rebook.

The property is clean,ideal location,excellent facilities and larger than a normal 2 bedroom apartment.Because of all this it is the best value for money flat in the area.
Only down side was it took me 17days to receive my deposit back but that was not the owners fault

Ticks all the boxes
As a recently retired couple we wanted to come to Spain for a month to experience the lifestyle and warm weather and this garden apartment was the perfect place to do so. It is like home from home with all the amenities you need, clean, bright, and very comfortable. The apartment is in a perfect location, set in a residential area close to Paloma Park, and central to both Arroyo de Miel, with its many cafes and restaurants,and the beach front. The garden is a bonus and was nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the winter sunshine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to a return visit.
The property was ideal for us with our two dogs the garden was great offering plenty of shade and sun the apartment had everything we needed including the TV which was perfect offering a wide range of English programs and films the apartment was spacious. The communal pool is outstanding very clean and surroundings kept beautifully. The location was perfect for restaurants bars beaches and supermarkets and the beautiful Paloma park, we stayed for 3 months and made a lot of Spanish freinds the Spanish were very welcoming and friendly within complex tim the apartment manager was easily contactable whenever we had any enquiries we can't thank Paul and Sheryl enough for letting us stay with our two dogs we had the most amazing time and hope to stay there again soon

We enjoyed staying in this apartment. Communication with Sheryl’s apartment manager was proactive and made the transition when arriving easy.
The apartment itself was practical and the broadband worked well and the additional satellite tv channels.
We liked the self contained, walled rear garden as it was ideal for our young children to play in safely. The gated pool on site was clean and had a lifeguard on duty.
The apartment is a short walk to the beach (10 minutes) and a lovely park with good children’s play area within 5 minute walk.
Lots of places to eat and drink out and safe area to walk around. We hardly used the car which we left in the allocated parking space outside the apartment.
We would definitely consider returning again in the future.
We had a fantastic stay in this apartment and would love to return! We are a family of four, with two children under two years, and the apartment was so comfortable and suitable for us. Although the private garden is overgrown, it was a huge bonus for us and we made great use of it with the kids. There is also a beautifully kept garden with two swimming pools. The apartment itself is very spacious, with two bathrooms, great Wi-Fi and tv, which again was a bonus for us. A stone’s throw from the beautiful Paloma Park, 5 minute walk from a supermarket, 10 minute walk to Arroyo, 15 minute walk to the beach. The location was fantastic and we loved being there! The bed in the main bedroom was quite uncomfortable, but the twin room had more comfortable beds that we made use of. The host was amazing at communicating with us in advance of our arrival and went out of their way to accommodate our family which we were hugely grateful for. This was a great find!

A real shame. The property itself is good and has great potential. Mattresses really poor, kitchen utensils likewise and cleaning standard and general maintenance is barely adequate. It feels very much as though some years ago it was well loved and cared for but has simply been totally neglected since. We were ok for a few days having adjusted our expectations but expected more, especially after paying a significant security deposit for our small dog which we were happy to do because, we assumed, it meant the owners valued and cared for their property. Disappointed and also had to chase the deposit return.

Not quite what was expected!
While the property is in a good location, and was clean. the communal pool and area was well kept and clean, only problem having to take your own seating.
Overall we felt it was tired and needed some up dating.
We were disappointed with the private garden, the reason we chose the property, which obviously had not been kept in order.
Also some of the fitments in the property really needed an over haul.
The mattress cover on the double bed was so uncomfortable and noisy to lay on ,we removed it.
Some of the electrical sockets did not work. the microwave plate did not move.
There were other things as well.
Suits someone who does not mind things being a little haphazard!
We enjoyed the holiday despite these things, due to good weather, and position.

Top : arrivée ok avec Tim, bon emplacement dans la ville pour tout faire à pied, place de parking sécurisée, piscine de la résidence bien entretenue, logement bien équipé dans la cuisine et assez grand.Flop : climatisations des chambres qui paraissent avoir de la moisissure, matelas des lits très inconfortables, jardin en terre sans herbe comme sur les photos, beaucoup de bruits dans les colonnes d'eau de l'immeuble et dans l'entrée avec la porte qui claque.Malgré les avantages nous n'y retournerons pas, nous avons beaucoup trop mal dormi.
Ich war das 2.mal in der Wohnung....leider ist nur tägl.3 Std.Sonne da, kleiner Garten, im Winter zuwenig, für den Sommer ideal, Die Lage ist ideal, zum Park 5 min zur Beach 10 min.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, zum Strand 5min., direkt neben Pal.Park, das App.ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber zweckmässig eingerichtet, paar Steckdosen funktionieren nicht, im Bad Spiegelschrank defekt...der ll.Garten könnte schön sein..und Kaution für unseren kleinen Hund auch nach 4 Wo.noch nicht zurück.
Trotzallem, es waren schöne 10 Wochen.

We are a couple in our sixties who, with our now two grown up daughters, have stayed in the apartment many times over the years. We love the many restaurants and bars that are so close to the apartment it's difficult to make a choice.
