About this property

This is a splendid three-bedroom villa situated in the desirable Canarian village of Oasis de Nazaret. It has the advantage of being situated next door to Casa Christophe and a short walk to Villa Lulu, making it ideal for large family holidays. It affords spectacular views over the rolling countryside and multi coloured mountains, down to the sea. It is 15 minutes drive to the golf courses and to the beach in Costa Teguise. Plenty of privacy in the villa due to the layout, the fact that the villa is not overlooked and is not on a main road. Pool area has artificial grass to avoid burning your feet and making it comfortable for toddlers. Barbeque area nicely tiled with plenty of garden furniture. The villa is extremely child friendly. All baby equipment provided for a small charge.

Lanzarote!

Chris was very helpful, let us check in early and even provided us with a Hoover to clean the hire car! The pool was amazing, a lovely size and was clean and well maintained. The property had everything you needed, we had a bbq and cooked most evenings. The villa was in a brilliant location to visit the volcano, cactus gardens etc and there were some lovely beaches really close by. We would definitely stay again.

Sehr gut betreut in schwieriger Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen ( z. B. Sofa, Küche). Deutsche Fernsehprogramme und gutes Internet waren vorhanden. Leider waren wir wegen der Corona-Ausgangssperre ans Haus gebunden. Glücklicherweise stand uns Chris bei allen auftretenden Problemen - und das waren einige - sehr engagiert zur Seite. Dafür noch einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön!!!

Sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Das Preis-Leitungsverhältnis stimmt. Die Aufteilung des Hauses mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern ist prima. Die Küchenausstattung gut. Chris, der Hausverwalter war immer sofort da, wenn es ein kleines Problem gab. Er schaltete auf unsere Bitte die Heizung sofort ein. Das Duschwasser war allerdings nicht immer warm. Chris bemühte sich das Problem zu lösen, aber morgens war das Wasser an einigen Tagen kalt, ab Nachmittag dann aber immer heiß. Das Haus steht in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Am Ort gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für kleinere Einkäufe.

Excellent

This was an excellent villa - one of the best we have stayed at in the Canary Islands. Spacious living accommodation and a very well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of hot water and good showers in all three bathrooms. Efficient washing machine and good drying area. The central heating kept us warm on the chilly evening we had. Peter, the manager, was very helpful throughout the fortnight when needed. Just one criticism: the charge of £25 a week for unreliable wi-fi, although Peter did his best to keep it going though out of his control.

It is a typical Canarian village with a mixture of sophisticated and typical restaurants, is very near to anywhere and only 20 minutes from the airport. We have had clients who have lost their passport or become ill but have always been there to deal with things and get them home again.We are on call 24 hours per day and can arrange most things for our clients.

The stunnning Island and the location. It is not a building site but a typical Canarian village with sea and mountain views. It was the beauty of the surroundings, the freedom of the Island and the fact that so much work has been put in to provent it becoming over comercialised.

What makes this property unique

You will enjoy the benefit of complete freedom, not being overlooked and being left alone to enjoy exactly what you want to do on holiday and eat where you want to eat and to enjoy the fantastic culture that the Island offers you. You will not be troubled by busy roads passing your villa but will enjoy the benefit of being in a properly completed village.
