- Notes on accommodation: The villa is warmly furnished and you would be delighted by being both inside and outside the villa. Children are welcome. There are wonderful English speaking neighbours all around the villa.For families with small children we have provided free usage of cot, high chair and stroller and various DVD's for children to watch and stay occupied. Outside: Large terraces surround the 8x4m pool which is fitted with night lights and outside shower. A delightful garden surrounds the villa with many exotic fruit trees including a pomegranate Lemon and guava tree. Carport for 2 cars in the driveway. Utility Room: No Maid service Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels provided for use in the house. Beach towels are not provided. Bed linen is changed before each changeover. Washing machine is provided for usage during stay. Other: There is a £85 fee for Janitorial service payable on arrival directly to our key holder

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

Location
Coast/Beach:
5 minutes drive to 8 miles of glorious unspoiled beaches of soft golden sand with 'blue flag' award. There is a local coastal bus service to and from the beach and other coastal towns.
Travel:
La Marina is situated midway between Alicante and Torrevieja about 18km South of Alicante and 20km North of Torrevieja which is an old fishing town with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. It is about 20 mins drive from Alicante Airport easily accessible from the N332 motorway (well sign posted) and 40 mins from Murcia airport. We recommend the hire of car to take full advantage of your stay.
Distances:
To liven up your stay, visit the famous Disney style Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm, you may prefer the frantic activity of go-carting and a leisurely game of bowling there is surely something for all tastes. 10 - 15 mins drive away along the N332 are the superb towns of Guadamar and Santa Pola. Perhaps you would prefer to drive inland to see the beauty of rural Spain with breathtaking scenic mountain views, 0ranges and lemon orchards, and palms if you drive through the town of Elche.
Further Details:
La Marina has many facilities including tour operators for local trips, tourist information office. Nearby there are many interesting places to visit. There are 4 cities within an hour drive Alicante to the north, Elche an old town famous for its palm trees to the north west Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south, Terra Mitica a Theme Park and Benidorm are approx 45 mins drive to the north.
