This well located corner plot bungalow can sleep up to six. The bungalow is located in Corralejo Town (near 'Baku' water park). The complex is Las Americas, which is a secure gated community. It is an easy walk to the start of parque Natural beaches and to the town centre bars and shops. The property is on the same row as the swim pool which is close by (most are not), so this is also a plus for the house.
It will easily sleep 6 in the property's two bedrooms (bedroom two can sleep 3) and one of the three seater bed settees in the living room.
There is a spectacular 60sq.m roof solarium with views to Lanzarote and the mountains. There is a secluded 50sq.m tiled rear patio with barbecue (BBQ). The two terraces are very private and secluded from winds. There is private off road parking.
There is a communal pool and infant pool. High speed FIBRE 320MB (fast internet) - digital, straight down the phone (10 times faster than most). There are reclining back sun loungers, outside eating table with 6 chairs, parasol.

The property could be perfect, the issue was that we found out on arrival that there was an issue with the pool and that affected the water pressure. Initially this didn’t worry us but as we were staying for 7 days the lack of pressure meant that washing/ showering was a big downsize. The pictures of the property need to be updated, we were expecting a bath, which is now a shower, although there would be no chance of bathing. The pictures also show not one but two pools and when we enquired about using the pool on Las Americas 2, we were told that we could use it. We booked the property with the idea of a bath and a pool, we appreciate that issues happen but we would have changed our booking if we had known in advance.The area is great and the closeness to shopping and bars/ restaurants suited us. It is a good 25 minute walk to the beach, which was fine for us, there are plenty of taxis readily available. Kevin and Marge were helpful providing a transfer from the airport and back.

1st the negatives.... The pool is not open as apparently the pump house is broken.. There was no sign of any imminent works to correct this.. It would have been nice to have had this communicated before our arrival..The water pressure in the property is very very poor.. Having said that we could have an adequate shower..A lot of noise from local animals namely a parrot that screeched a lot and a dog that barked incessantly.. It could be a tad annoying.The positives.... Cleanliness upon arrival.Two outstanding terraced areas that are smart and quite clearly highly maintained.. Ample sunbeds and seating.A very well stocked kitchen area that had everything and more you'd need to rattle up any meal..There is a washing machine within the property...The Internet and television package is outstanding.Very comfy beds with ample bedding and pillows.Located around 10 mins walk from 2 large supermarkets.. A trolley is thoughtfully provided to get your shopping back..Around 5 mins walk from a selection of shops and bars..Ample parking should you need it..Kevin and Margaret who look after the property cannot do enough for you and even bought a few basics in for us as we arrived quite late.. lovely people.. Overall we would stay again..
What a wonderful little find. Perfect place to stay not too far out of the main town and a supermarket just a short walk away. Really friendly and helpful hosts who went above and beyond for us. We had a fantastic week and would definitely recommend this apartment. We would love to return next year

Absolutely lovely stay at this villa. It has everything you need for an amazing holiday.The outside patio area is lovely definately a sun trap and we enjoyed using the BBQ It was exceptionally hot when we visited and aircon would really have helped but there were fans. We had a hire car but Lidl and Mercadona were easy walking distance and also walking distance to several restaurants . The pool area was great and never too busy.5min drive to water park and 10 min drive to the beautiful beach. Our hosts were excellent lovely to deal with and nothing was a problem for them .Would 10 /10 recommend this property
Had a great 2 weeks during Xmas and New Year, the courtyard and upstairs sun terrace are fantastic, Kevin our host was very polite & helpful and was just a phone call away if there were any issues, thanks again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 week stay here and would definitely come back. The welcome; the position of the property and the facilities inside and out suited us perfectly.Kevin and Margaret were very welcoming and we arranged our transport to and from the airport with them. They attended to any queries and did a terrific clean of the whole property every two weeks. We rarely used upstairs as the outside area downstairs is so functional for relaxing and meals. A pergola gives good shade. The bedrooms and living areas are very good sizes and again very comfortable. The kitchen area is a little small but very functional with good cupboard space and plenty of utensils. We had no problems cooking and dining inside. The tv is excellent as you can, if you want, keep up to date with current uk problems as well as accessing Netflix etc. The whole house is very well sealed and we slept with the windows open every night. The house has good proximity to supermarkets, cafes and Campanario. The town is an easy walk away, but taxis are available. All in all we would recommend.

This wonderful Bungalow has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is just as described and more... Lovely outdoor spaces, very comfortable bed, excellent kitchen equipment. The Tv Equipment is one of the best i have come across. The services of Kevin and Margret are an added bonus and they are always available for any support you may need. Very comfortable and spotless

This apartment is very comfortable, in a quiet area, well equipped plenty with lots of glasses and crockery, the outdoor space is wonderful sun trap. Only a 30 minute slow walk into Corralejo.

The Internet is FIBRE- just like home - super fast- very few have this. It thus supports streaming TV, gaming, working even !
The TV is 55 inch SMART and the TV system is better than you will have at home - full sports snd films across every channel you have in the UK and more !.
Ideal for a long stay.

The Place is a little dated, No Aircon, and two fans.. Always a breeze running through with windows open, Which helped with the July weather. Water pressure was poor throughout the apartment Not sure if it's an area thing? Not the owners fault but lot of Dog Barking from other residents places...We had no car so a 15 min walk to local shops, bars, and another 15 into town unless you get a taxi. all doable,Ian was excellent in his communication with us, and Kevin and Margaret looked after us above and beyond what was expected ...A Diamond couple..
Everything as described! I enjoyed every day in the house, the very private terrace and roof solarium. Breakfast on the roof with wonderfull view to the vulcanic mountains. I also enjoyed the walking tours in the impressive vulcanic landscape or along the coastline. The location is good for day trips in northern part and also down to central Fuerteventura.

Great 10 night break in April, picked up and dropped off at the airport by Margaret and Kevin who have a lot of useful information about the property which was as advertised and the island itself. Very spacious apartment and we spent a lot of time up on the roof terrace. A 20 minute walk into the main resort which is a perfect distance for us and lots of things to do close at hand. Would recommend staying here for a chilled out and relaxing break.

We had a great time staying here.
Perfect location. Lovely private property with lots of usable outside space with the roof terrace. Private driveway perfect if you have hired a car. Pool was not busy so great to pop in whenever we fancied. Local managers were very helpful and also took us to the airport. Property owner was easy to communicate with so a very easy and smooth booking. Would stay again. The island itself was brilliant. lovely beaches and exciting places to explore.

Lovely spacious private villa with great view
Good location close to supermarket and amenities. Very clean house but the real star is the fabulous private rooftop solarium with great views of LisLobos island. The house was very peaceful and we liked the save and secure rear patio also. Good WiFi and BBC etc TV was good for kids. Great value. Would defo come back. Andrew

Great communication from the moment we booked. Kevin was super helpful with all questions. The place was perfect. The lovely sheltered patio was our favourite spot. Comfortable beds, hairdryer & straighteners! Great self catering equipment. Two big supermarkets in walking distance. Out of the town, so lovely and quiet. A few bars and restaurants at the end of the road. 15 minute walk to the centre. Kevin also gave us a lift to Caleta on our last day as we had a late flight home. 100/% recommended to friends & will definitely return. Thank you!

Why they chose this property
I had travelled a lot in the Canaries. Done many golf holidays in Tenerife and guys holidays in Gran Canaria and family holidays in Lanzarote. I reluctantly booked a package holiday to Fuerteventura one year thinking it this was the poor man's Canary Island. How wrong could I be. It was simply stunning. I had never seem beaches in Europe this good. The low rise building were colourful and looked Andalusian in design (none of that boring white stuff with blue windows or tall tower blocks). The property prices seemed to be about 25% cheaper than the other Canary islands and yet the island was 125% more beautiful. Fuerteventura to me means that once you visit it, you will never go back to Lanzarote or Gran Canaria etc.
What makes this property unique
Location. Location. Location and Value for Money. This property is in a great location close to everything you need. Car hire is not essential. That is, we are not stuck way out of town pretending to be in the town. The property is fantastic value for money having a great USP of amazing views and lots of inside and outside space. This is coupled with great Wifi and real proper British TV (BBC, ITV etc). This coupled with modern furnishings, make this a great holiday choice. The many reviews prove this to be the case going back over a long number of years.
The USP of this property is the space and views. In truth, pound for pound for pound, there is no better value. It blows away most properties. The wifi is fast and strong and will be ideal if you need to catch up on work or stream video. The real BBC / ITV etc TV helps parents - it is genuine - watch out for the trick of properties quoting English TV only for you to find out that is English but is actually no English channels that you have ever heard of. I have loads of reviews and a 13 year track record, as evidenced by c539 - one of the original Owners Direct numbers.
