Magnificent 3 bedroom detached villa with free Wifi, one of just a few luxurious sized properties in the exclusive El Descanso area, of the Fuerteventura Golf Resort. Appointed to the highest specification, to ensure your stay is a wonderful experience. Set in a south facing garden there is a 9-meter swimming pool with roman style steps, surrounded by patios & terraces. There are shaded comfortable outdoor seating areas, ideal for relaxing & enjoying the spectacular golf course views to complement this are 2 dining areas to enjoy Al Fresco dining & BBQ. Internally this wonderful property is furnished with material made from rich Australian hardwoods has a bright open plan lounge with huge comfortable leather sofa, recliner chair & additional seating, there is a large flatscreen smart TV, with UK channels a large round table with seating for 6 people for indoor dining. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The Master bedroom, is of generous proportions with a Super Kingsize bed & benefits from a Ensuite bathroom, there are 2 further twin bedrooms with a family sized bathroom. All the bedrooms benefit from blackout blinds. The nearest beach, and commercial centre with supermarket, shops bars & restaurants are just a 5 to 10 minute flat walk from the villa.

Windsurfing/Surfing.
Fuerteventura, home of the annual windsurfing world championships is ideal for surfers & windsurfers alike, there are several areas on the islands for those who wish to participate in these activities.



Coast/Beach:
The nearest beach is is just a flat 5 to 10 minutes walk from the villa, it is a sheltered bay, and ideal for all ages and there are sun beds available for hire.



Travel:
Villa Jasmine is located in El Descanso on the Campo de Golf complex- the five star golf resort of Caleta de Fuste. Just a 10 min drive from the airport. Caleta de Fuste is well located for those wishing to explore the Capital Puerto del Rosario or the north or south of the island.
There are many Car hire companies with desks at the airport, we recommend that you pre-book your car before you arrive, or taxi's are readily available, and reasonable.

A fantastic villa as listed. Pool was great, a decent size in comparison to others i have stayed in. A 20 min walk to restaurants, supermarket and beach. Easy booking with Nigel the host who was very responsive with communications. Lovely villa,would definitely recommend.

What a great location

Large villa with plenty of internal & external space with great views over the 10th hole of the golf course and the hills beyond. We hired a car to explore the island, which was well worth it, as there are some fantastic scenic routes to explore and views to see. The villa is within walking distance of the Spar, as is the local town, marina and nice white sandy beach. Many thanks Nigel & Anne for the use of your villa and we look forward to returning next year.

Fabulous villa

This villa was absolutely perfect for a family of 6 - 4 adults and 2 kids. It is really comfortable and well equipped with 2 fabulous new bathrooms and a new kitchen in addition to 3 comfortable bedrooms and a lovely large open plan living area. The highlight was the outdoor area - beautiful warm pool and huge sun terrace with lots of furniture for sun or shade. The villa overlooks the golf course which we made use of for 5 days out of our 7 night stay. We hope to return as this villa meets all of our needs and is really beautiful. Thank you for letting us stay.

A perfect stay in an idyllic location!

With Villa Jasnmine you will benefit from five star acommodation but also a five star host. Nigel was an absolute pleasure to deal with every step of the way, from information before booking to communication when we were unfortunately delayed. The villa is beautifully kept and has been modernised recently with stunning bathrooms, high quality furniture and appliances. Anyone who is concerned about the openness to the golf course should not be The glass partition panels offer a fantastic view over the oasis like lush grass and palm trees of the course, which perfectly complement the outdoor living area. Plenty of comfortable seating options are available including reclining sunbeds and high quality patio furniture. The outdoor amenity space and the well sized pool are the reasons that you would be booking this villla and offer a relaxed care free experience that can not be matched by a hotel. We look forward to visiting again in the near future!

Beautiful villa right on the golf course

This is large 3 bedroom property overlooking to the 10th green on the golf course. The pool can be heated to a nice temperature and is a nice size. Lots of room in the family areas and the kitchen has all mod cons you could need. The lounge and one bedroom have air conditioning. It is in a very quiet location and around 10 mins walk to the local shopping centre which is also just on the beach. It is approximately 25 mins walk to the main beach area and shops so a car is recommended although not essential. The owner is very responsive and the villa is maintained to a high standard. Thoroughly recommended.

Amazing holiday!

We have just returned from a totally amazing holiday in the Villa Jasmine. The villa is outstanding and absolutely huge. It is decorated beautifully and has a really lovely large swimming pool. The views over the golf course were utterly amazing. Unfortunately our two weeks holiday went far too quickly but we take with us fantastic holiday memories!

A fabulous villa for the whole family, can't wait to stay again.

This was our first time in fuerteventura and we were really not disappointed. This villa is lovely on the inside but it's real beauty is the outside living area. It boasts two large eating areas a lovely BBQ and ample high quality seating areas to chill out. The solarium area on the first floor boasts 360 panoramic views of the area. Brilliant. The interior is fitted with high quality furnishing. The large sofa seating area needs updating as it does look a bit tired although didn't bother us. The kitchen area is well equipped although it would be useful to have plastic outdoor tableware and cups to avoid any breakages. The villa is situated on a golf course so be aware that golfers are near and can see in! This didn't bother us one bit. You are also close to the airport so be aware of aeroplanes although they are not often. There's a large supermarket around 10 mins walk or literally a minute in the car in the local 'atlantico' shopping centre ideal if you want to cook at home. There's also several clothing shops and other stores. The beach is a 2 minute walk beyond this. This villa is idyllic and we will be booking again for its high quality and fantastic location. The villa was very spacious inside and out. Maybe could do with updating the furnishings a little, having said that it was very clean, and in a good position for not requiring a car. Also a nice outlook at the back as long as you don’t mind the golfers.the villa is in a very nice neighbourhood . It may help other visitors to perhaps leave a little tea ,coffee, and sugar and perhaps a pint of milk. We arrived fairly late but luckily did take our own. Overall we did enjoy our stay at villa Jasmine and would recommend it to friends and family.

Lovely Villa

This is a lovely villa in a beautiful location with a superb pool. I do however think that it should say on the villa details that to have the pool heated there is an extra cost and how much. It just says "heated pool" so we presumed that the heating for it was included in the price not an extra. I am certainly glad we did pay the extra as it would have been freezing otherwise! It also states "jaccuzi bath but it doesn't work and the agent didn't tell us this when we arrived and when we phoned to tell him it wasn't working he said "he knew". There was no word of it getting repaired so maybe that shouldn't be listed as something you might want to have. It states beach towels not provided but maybe that should be "beach or pool" as we didn't think about taking extra towels for the pool and there was only one bath and one hand towel per person. It has three bedrooms but only two bathrooms - there is a small toilet but it certainly couldn't be described as a bathroom. Just in case people would book thinking they all had a bathroom. As I said I would recommend this villa but just feel these few things should be made clearer. Oh and there are no golf vouchers so that shouldn't be on the details either. The owner was a very nice man and most helpful and we really did enjoy our stay at Villa Jasmine. I just think if everything was made clear on the details then it would be PERFECT.

the villa is hugh and we didnt even use half of it

What a lovely villa, first impressions the softs in the lounge looked a bit off colour and the table out side looked very warn, but realistically, the wooden table sits in full sun in the afternoon and the cream leather sofas also have sun on them and poeple sit on them with suncream and oil etc so what can you expect. The jacuzzi is hugh but after my daughter filled it up we couldnt get it to work, and then found out from the manager steve that the button was stuck, shame, maybe a little note would have been a good idea to save wasting all that water and time to fill it. Beautiful views and so relaxing, 10 minute walk to beach and shops. Very peaceful area. Steve the manager who looks after the villa was very helpful and easy to get hold of if you had a problem. would defenatly stay there again. thankyou nigel

Wonderful relaxing family holiday!

I would just like to say what a wonderful and very relaxing week holiday my family and I (14 and 12 year old children and husband) have just had staying at this beautiful villa. It really was perfect in every way......just what was needed at the end of a very busy school year! The only problem was we really did not want to come home and could in fact have stayed for the whole six week summer holidays!! Many thanks to Nigel and Anne for sharing their beautiful villa with us and I'm sure we will be returning - we are regulars to the island (we've been coming for10 years now) and I can safely say villa jasmine is by far the largest and nicest villa we have stayed in with an ideal location. We love Caleta and we will definitely be back! The Cook Family.

A fantastic villa. Only 10 minutes walk to supermarket so ideal location. Looks on to golf course so great for the boys in our party who managed to play nearly every day and stop to pick up more water on route!!! Swimming pool was great. Everything you need for an amazing holiday. We can't wait to go back!!!
