Spacious Family 4 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool, Garden and Sea Views

This 3 storey villa set in private grounds is just 5 mins from the stunning Nai Harn beach in the south of Phuket. With great local amenities and restaurants in the heart of Rawai, the villa is only 15 mins from the lively nightlife of Kata and Karon beach with Patong an easy 25 mins away.

There are also a number of beautiful and secluded beaches in the close vicinity. Take breakfast on the large balconies, enjoy evening meals on the rooftop terrace and sala taking in the breath taking 360 degree sunset, sea and mountain views or dine in the outdoor Balinese sala. Relax by the pool or sunbathe in the garden and unwind in complete privacy.

The open plan living/dining area has a kitchen fitted to high European standards and the villa is furnished throughout with a mix of European and Asian styles. There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 en-suite, the master occupies the whole top floor and has its own private balcony. There is a balcony on the first floor which the other 2 bedrooms share. The 4th bedroom is a detached studio.

During the summer and autumn of 2024, a program of refurbishment has been carried out to include a new fitted kitchen, tiling both inside and out and fully decorated throughout.

This villa represents great value for money and the size and facilities offered in this location I do not think can be bettered.

Fantastic Villa

We had 6 adults staying in the villa and there is plenty of space for us to be together / but still have privacy if required.The team led by Ian and Kath are amazing, helping with every request we hadThe location is great, with a short walk to restaurants / shops etc and its easy to get a taxi (Mr Bird) to go anywhere else

Lovely property great location

The house and location are excellent. View from the roof either enjoying sun or evening sunset was incredible. Facilities in the property are great as well. Lots of extension leads as well as useful items left from previous guests. The pool was lovely and warm and the a/c throughout the house worked well. We had one issue with the pool that was dealt with quickly. Also, the cleaners came multiple times and were brilliant. We were very happy with our stay and the service from the management.

Lovely spacious property

Overall the property was great, plenty of space (only 2 of us :-) )Clean and tidy, had a problem with tv which was easily communicated and fixed. Ian was always on hand if needed for questions.Outside space and pool was ideal. Would recommend staying here as location is ideal for quieter area but only a short distance from main town phuket and pating

Accommodation was Awesome!! Exactly like the pictures and was spacious and very clean.

The Villa Tamarind was Beautiful in a nice quiet location in the Lovely town of Rawai/Nai Harn. Property managers Ian and Kathy were awesome and on hand to help with all our needs :) Accommodation was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen was great for family cooking. Very secure and safe area. Walking distance to Lots of local Thai food restaurants and European dining. The Gardens and Pool were well maintained and the Cleaners came half way through our stay and replenished towels, bedding and full clean of living areas. Our Family of 7 people really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone. The local property Managers Ian and Kathy even gave us a local tour of the area upon arrival, and organised hire car and a Driver to drop us off/pick up at the airport. Very impressed with the Villa and all the extras during our stay :) Thanx Trevor, we will be coming again in a yr or 2 :)

What a holiday!

Absolutely in love with this place! We were a party of 6 adults and 5 children and we all had one of the most amazing holidays ever! The area and villa had everything we could have possibly wanted and I would strongly recommend the villa and nai harn as an area to anyone. Hope to come again soon :-)

Why they chose this property

Having travelled and stayed in most corners of the world Phuket has become the one place that keeps pulling me back. I have been coming here since 1988, first as a keen diver and then just as a holiday maker. The villa was purchased in August 2010 as holiday rental investment however soon after the purchase I could not help myself and have spent a considerable sum having it full refurbished. I have had all new doors and windows fitted, new stainless and glass hand rails to all the balconies and terraces as well as landscaping and decorations. In all it is now a very smart modern villa which I am delight to be able to share with you.

What makes this property unique

The Nai Harn and Rawai areas have been for years very popular with the Phuket expat communities of all nationalities. It is away from the colourful nightlife of Kata, Karon and Patong but close enough for an evening out. The villa is ideally situated on a quiet side road, a short scooter ride from Nai Harn Beach and Rawai Beach. The immediate area is growing all the time with new bars and restaurants starting each time I visit. Having a large expat resident community the bars and restaurants are busy all year round with none closing down for the 'low' season, unlike some of the tourist centers.
