Vacation Rental Home on a Small Residential Complex with communal pool
Casa Felipe is a modern, cosy detached vacation rental home set in a small residential complex with a communal pool, just 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants with no hills to climb. Because of its position in the complex, at the end of a short path, but still only 30 metres from the pool, it is perfect for undisturbed sunbathing on comfortable cushioned, sun loungers on the ample terrace. A small garden to the side of the patio, with a couple of strategically placed trees offers even more privacy.
There is a built in barbecue and large table for al fresco dining.
A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from an unusual, circular lounge/dining room with a domed ceiling. There is a modern dining table with four chairs and a very large sofa for lounging while watching TV and two separate comfy chairs.
The two bedrooms and two bathrooms lead off the main room of the villa.
I live within 3 minutes of the property and so am able to deal with any problems that may arise quickly.
Clients, some of whom have been coming for years, tell me that they love the property because it is very homely and I strive to make it feel loved and welcoming!
Prices are the same for 2 people throughout the year. There is an additional charge for up to three extra guests.

I have lived on Lanzarote since 1986 and love my life here. My passion, amongst other things is swimming, something I took up in later life and as part of a larger group, I swim three times a week in the sea. We swim off Playa Grande, a large expanse of beach which is safe and about 1 km from end to end, in the middle of Puerto del Carmen.
I also love to draw!
The climate in Lanzarote is pretty near perfect and wonderful for all kinds of sporting activities and I have always been involved helping out with Triathlons in one form or another, either as part of the organisation or doing the artwork for posters etc.

Why they chose this property
I have always lived in Puerto del Carmen. We have the best weather and it's pretty central for the whole island. There is lots to do and the resort has developed around the old fishing harbour and so still has a heart, a centre!
What makes this property unique
I only live 5 minutes from the villa and so am always on hand if my clients need anything or there is a problem. I love to meet my guests to answer any questions and to put them at ease.
