For those seeking seclusion style and space, Villa Perosa is definitely for you! This was our family home & there is something for everyone in the family to enjoy.Air conditioning & stylishly furnished and decorated throughout and surrounded by well maintained lawned gardens together with colourful garden borders around the pool area. The ground floor combined living/dining room -with separate kitchen boasts both washing machine and dishwasher together with microwave. open plan features two sets of French windows leading to large furnished sun terrace facing the pool.There is also a second terrace under cover for shady eating next to the kitchen. One double bedroom is located on the ground floor with a convenient separate shower room. The first floor offers one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with the remaining two bedrooms being twin bedded and sharing a full bathroom. The villa also has a purpose built BBQ for cosy meals together whilst the children play in the really large 12 metre (40 ft) swimming pool. Or there is a great back up family Portuguese Restaurant two min walk up the road for when you don't feel like cooking or driving! Great homemade food at amazing value. For extra peace of mind and child safety the property is walled with lockable gate and indoor alarm electric shutters on all windows and doors.The location is fantastic for enjoying total peace & quiet & yet being so close by all amenities - The old fishing village - Olhos D'Agua is just 5 mins around the corner with lots of character & wonderful fish restaurants. you can even drive by sand track & then walk into the village . This is the beach with the famous rocks that are in all of the promotion photos for Portugal Tourism. There is a wonderful Fish Restaurant on the beach where if you stay too long & the tide comes in then you will have to get your toes wet walking back !If you fancy something a little more lively then Albufeira is approximately 6/7 mins away - every possible style of restaurant, bar & night life that you could wish for and all the major supermarkets including Lidl and Aldi.Vilamoura with it's famous marina,designer boutiques & sailing,water sports, surfing & fishing trips available only 12 mins in opposite direction.Not to mention the top 3 golf courses available too. Horse riding is available just 2 min walk away. You are surrounded by countryside & sand tracks for jogging or walking to beach. Fantastic family villa!

This villa is beautiful and delivered exactly what we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The house is spacious with air conditioning in all the rooms. The garden and pool are private and well kept. We loved it!

Amazing pool

We absolutely loved the location and the pool. It was so peaceful but only a short drive from the neighbouring villages and towns. Our only criticism was that the kitchen was a little dated (although we spent most of our time outside anyway!) and the pillows could do with being replaced as they were very uncomfortable. But other then that, we had the best holiday and made wonderful memories.

Chill and fun time

Nice location. Very secure. Good for a little jogging in the morning before the heat. Nice big swimming pool and garden. Beds are comfortable. The BBQ place is amazing! We had a great time and felt at home. Thanks Andy for that wonderful house!

Perfect Family Holiday

We had high hopes of the villa and we were not disappointed - a wonderfully clean and well spaced out living area in a quiet, private location. As many people have said before the pool was amazing. A set of steps at one end for toddlers and new swimmers sloping down to a 7 feet deep end - cleaned every few days and very well equipped with sun beds and inflatables. Air Conditioning was essential with high temperatures, so a good nights sleep guaranteed. Only two slight negatives, the kitchen is a bit 'quirky' with loads of glasses, cups, pans, crockery and cutlery but it just seemed a little chaotic. Great Air Fryer and large Fridge/Freezer though. The second slight negative is that the impression of places near by to walk to is a little inaccurate - the restaurant nearby was closed permanently and the walk up to shops etc. was up a steep sand track that was very hard going. Other than that, it was perfect and we would highly recommend anyone to make wonderful memories staying here.

Fantastic villa with the most beautiful grounds

We had the pleasure of staying here between 13th July 24- 27th July 24. This is a very impressive villa from the outside with a beautiful pool and maintained gardens. It is in a quiet rural location but in easy reach of Albufeira. 6 of us were staying and the the living space of the villa is spacious and comfortable. The decoration is traditional. The master bedroom and other double room are quite small but sufficient. The 2 twin rooms were a good size. The master bed open does not have a balcony whereas the twin rooms do. The top floor is simply a viewing balcony which would benefit from some seating which would be lovely to sit on at night or in the early morning. The bathroom in the master bedroom is in need of the TLC. The shower screen leaked and made the floor quite wet which could be quite dangerous. The kitchen is in much need of modernisation. Drawer fronts were missing and just needed a really good clean. There is no oven but an air fryer and electric hob. There is a utility with a modern washing machine which was really good. I think if a hoover was.available then this would have been great to help hoover up as it was difficult with the little broom left. As a family of 6, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, if the kitchen was better and the shower screen changed then this would have been the perfect villa! The grounds really are to die for! So peaceful and great for kids.

Lovely chilled holiday, villa needs some updating and you need a car

We chose the Villa because it’s spacious and has a good number bathrooms to beds and a large pool. All of those things are fabulous and worked well for a mixed family group of 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 eight year olds. Pool is fantastic and Villa is spacious and very quiet so lovely relaxing time. As others have said it is tired though. Various elements have been updated (comfy sofas, dining tables and chairs) but the kitchen needs some attention. There isn’t an oven just an air fryer which would be useful to know before hand. Also there is just a random selection of odd glasses and mugs. We found six wine glasses in the utility cupboard but otherwise these need updating (& could be very easily and cheaply done). Weirdly only 6 pool loungers for 8 guests, clearly replacing the old plastic ones with new ones as they break but would be preferable to just have eight decent ones! Nothing around the Villa which is nice but you do need a car as no local walking distance shop for supplies and the local restaurant is just in middle of a back road & looked fairly dead. Local village is nice for sea food and easy parking. Slide and splash and other water parks in easy driving distance. Recommend for the price, but don’t stay if you are frustrated by slightly run down things!

Nice villa & pool but needs updating & some thought for the customer.

The villa itself is spacious & in a peaceful out of the way spot. The garden is large and private and the pool is lovely and plenty big enough. Lovely patios for eating out too. However, there were things that really let us down especially for the money paid.. We arrived in the early hours with 4 children under 7, however the directions we were emailed gave the wrong road name & so we spent 1 1/2 hours driving in circles before finally getting in touch with the caretaker who, thankfully answered at 3:30am and took us there. I'm sure this was simply a mistake but it serves to highlight the attention to detail the owners have. After 10 minutes of walking on the floors, the soles of the children's feet were filthy, so giving it a good mop was the first order of the next day. The villa comes as a shell, there was literally nothing in it, no welcome pack, no tea bags, coffee, sugar etc... only one of the bathrooms had hand soap in it, but only enough for a couple of days, no more. No beach towels, no cool bag for the beach. All things these things you'd expect in a holiday villa. The kitchen was equipped but things were old & pans were rusty. The toaster timer didn't work so toast burnt unless you remembered to manually pop it up. That was annoying if you forgot! I would not expect them to provide perishables but we had to shop as if we'd just moved home, foil, bin bags, salt washing up liquid, hand soap, etc... There is no entertainment other than the Portuguese t.v, no DVD player, no board games other than a connect 4 (with pieces missing) and a pack of cards. The other major issue was the place is infested with ants. You might expect them in the kitchen if you left food out but these were everywhere, in each bathroom, in the showers, in each bedroom, upstairs & down. These are rooms which no food even entered yet there was a constant trail of ants everywhere. They really need some form of pest control & even the powder we got only seemed to move them on. The cleaners came once, half way through first week to change the bedding, nothing for week 2. However, the actual villa is lovely & the garden & pool are perfect for a family. Location great but a car is a definite. We did enjoy our stay but the villa needs a serious update. The beds are old & creaky & uncomfortable. The pillows are too. Sorry for the negative comments but it is all constructive in order for you to improve for future customers & their experience.

Une magnifique maison isolée des maisons voisines mais proche (en voiture) du centre ville d’Albufeira. La piscine est extraordinaire, nous avons passez de super moment entre amis ! Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation !

Schöne, große Villa in guter Lage

Alles war wunderbar. Tolle Lage, schönes Haus, viel Platz. Kleinigkeiten haben nur gestört. Kein Ofen (nur air frier), hätte etwas sauberer sein können, keine Sonnenschirme und generell wenig Schattenplatz. Auf Nachfrage, ob es Sonnenschirme gibt, kam nur ein „ich schaue nach“, aber nichts weiteres.

Férias em Família

A moradia é tal e qual as fotografias da descrição. Tem todas as comodidades necessárias. Na cozinha alerto que não tem forno, mas para nós nunca fez falta. Tem air fryer e todos os utensílios necessários na cozinha. As camas são aceitáveis, eu tive o "azar" de ficar numa que já necessita de ser trocada, range por todos os lados. Mas são pequenos reparos que não afetam em nada a minha estadia. Voltaria com certeza e recomendo a habitação. A simpatia e rápido esclarecimento do Anfitrião é TOP. Obrigada.

Top vakantie

Helaas was het weer niet zo heel goed als gehoopt, maar toch een super vakantie gehad. Zwembad en tuin zijn super. Ligbedjes zijn aan vervanging toe. Er waren er eerst ook maar 4, terwijl we met 6 personen waren. Na een berichtje kregen we de volgende ochtend keurig 2 extra bedden. Goede, stevige parasols of schaduwdoek zou ook fijn zijn. Locatie ook top. Met een Uber voor 6 a 7 euro in het oude centrum van albufeira. Slaapkamers en badkamers zijn keurig. Als er iets was reageerde Andi snel en was erg behulpzaam. Als we weer deze kant op zouden gaan, zouden we deze woning zo weer huren.

Óptimas comodidades.

A casa e todas as comodidades são excelentes. óptima para famílias, a piscina é grande e tem um relvado espetacular para as crianças brincarem. Fica numa zona calma e isolada. Durante a noite tem pouca iluminação no interior, apenas luz indireta na zona de jantar. Houve um mal entendido, quando chegamos a casa ainda estava a ser limpa e o espaço exterior não foi limpo. O caminho para a praia de 1,4km é pelo meio do "mato", difícil de fazer. Na verdade o caminho acessível é de mais de 3km e dá para fazer de carro. No geral gostamos muito da nossa estadia.

Great family holiday with friends

Thank you Andi & Jay!! This is our 3rd stay at Casa Persoa over the past 11 yrs, and again we had a fantastic time staying here. To start off, we actually arrived in the morning and the cleaner was happy to let us put our cases in a room while they finished cleaning, which was a great help. The villa is spacious inside with two double rooms and two twin rooms - perfect for us, two couples each with a 13yr old. It has a good sized kitchen area, open plan dining area and living room, and large swimming pool. The internet connectivity was really good around the whole property, especially for the kids who preferred browsing the web to sunbathing. The washing machine came in very handy! The BBQ was great, we did a few over the course of the 2-weeks. And the outside dining space is really nice for chilling in the evening sun with food & drinks. Margarida the Caretaker came midway through our stay to change bedding and towels. She is very nice and welcoming. Thanks again and hope to come again soon! Wayne

Great house to spend vacations with friends

There were eight of us and much was the excitement of this vacation with the pictures advertised in the ad. When we arrived at the house, we found a great house that matched the photos. Outside a great garden with swimming pool that gives to rest with tranquility and privacy. Inside 4 rooms with great conditions as well as the bathrooms. However, the bathroom on the floor 0 needs to be renovated including the shower. Kitchen with great conditions for cooking. Only some utensils need to be renovated namely there are more utensils to remove the food from the dishes. Very large room with great conditions to rest. Summing up a great stay for those who want to spend a week with friends

Relaxing stay

This was our second time at Casa Perosa, lovely spacious house with level access for my son who uses a wheelchair. Kitchen full of gadgets and a small countertop oven which takes time to heat up, we also used the BBQ. This year we didn’t hire a car due to the rise in cost, Uba are plentiful and reasonably cheap although price goes up at busy times. We paid on average €6 euros to Albufeira. The beds are comfortable although only 6 pool loungers which have seen better days, that said I still managed quite a few afternoon naps under the orange tree! Throughly recommend this property and hope to return again one day.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto ist Pflicht. Das Highlight ist natürlich der große Pool. Es fehlten bei Ankunft der Kinderstuhl und das Kinderbett. Beides wurde auf Nachfrage direkt gebracht. Das Kücheninventar, die Liegen und der Sonnenschirm sollten aber erneuert werden.

Villa Perosa

Mooie villa met veel ruimte zowel binnen als buiten. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding klopt. Het mag allemaal wat luxer, maar dat zal ook de prijs beïnvloeden. Essentiele dingen als een bezem, stoffer en blik, simpele stofzuiger en parasols zouden eigenlijk niet mogen ontbreken. Maar we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in de villa, overal dichtbij met de auto, heel rustige omgeving, maar allerlei vertier op korte afstand.

Agréable location
