This non-smoking non-pet townhome is minimally appointed without a lot of clutter and sits in a quiet, safe, family-friendly neighborhood. One large bedroom hosts a queen bed with an in-suite bathroom, a smaller bedroom also offers a queen bed with a bathroom in the hallway. The laundry appliances (washer and dryer) are new, there is one television in the living room with cable, and another one in the master bedroom. There are seating areas outdoors to enjoy a beverage, and the wireless Internet is fast. This is a GREAT location from which to see Tucson, Catalina Foothills, or to simply rest, work, and walk the Riverwalk.

We love the location on this property. River and Campbell is a happening intersection with a lot of shops, restaurants, and bars, but easy access to both La Encantada/Catalina Foothills and the University of Arizona.
