Enjoy this large beautiful home in Evans, Georgia located just 10.2 miles from the Augusta National. The home has new hardwood flooring throughout the 1st floor. A large kitchen is equipped with new stainless appliances including a gas cooktop and French door refrigerator. An oversized walk-in pantry is right off the breakfast room. Seating for 14 is available in the breakfast and dining rooms. The recently updated and refreshed backyard includes a screened porch, patio, fire pit, and Weber gas grill. The flatscreen TV in the family room will provide viewing of the day's golf. Wireless internet is also available. The 2nd floor has a spacious master suite with a jetted tub and full shower. There are 3 additional bedrooms with televisions and 2 full baths. A 5th bedroom located on the 3rd floor can be made available at an additional cost.

Great Masters Rental

Six of us stayed here for the 2024 Masters. A nice house, well appointed with plenty of room, very clean and 20 minutes to Augusta National. The communication from the owner was very good and she did a great job anticipating our needs prior to arrival. She provided a lengthy list of local restaurants and points of interest and provided tips to help us get around town. She was genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we needed for the best possible stay. I would highly recommend staying here while in town for the Masters.

Excellent home and hosts. We stayed for 2017 Masters and loved it.

We stayed for 5 nights in 2017 and everything was outstanding. Our hosts had a nice gift basket for us and the home was exactly as pictured.
